ARay's Rapid Repair Appliance Service
Ray did a great job fixing my washer. I am certain Sears would have charged me far more and pressured me to replace the pump, while Ray got it running great without replacing the pump.

I had an extremely bad experience with them. I will never use them for anything again. I have been their loyal customer for 45 years. When I first called them they had an offer where they said that if I pay them $225 upfront and if it costs more than $225 to fix the washing machine then they would go ahead and replace it for free. When they got here and they got into the machine they found a lot of things bad with the machine, like seals, gears and transmissions and everything else. I asked them that since it would cost, more than$225 and they were sure it would probably cost $600 or even $700 whether they would replace the washing machine. They said that since I have a maintenance programme they would have to pay for the parts and since it is not out of warranty yet some of the part’s prices are covered by the manufacturer. When it was all over and done with they ended up spending less than $225 for the parts because of the maintenance contract that I taken out so on and so forth. They handled it very badly I thought. Anyway they ended up putting multiple parts on that washing machine and I told them that I did not want a machine with that many parts replaced on it. They affirmed it saying that is the way it works. Six months later the washing machine quit and I bought a new one and decided never to deal with Sears again. One day they did not come nor did they call to keep their appointment. The next time the guy who came brought in the wrong parts and he had to reorder it. It was just a mess for about three or four weeks. In all that time I did not have a washing machine. I was very upset with Sears. As a kid I was raised with Sears stuff and the last experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not use them in the future.
