Recent Review: Excellent. After Meeks at $160/hour didn't recommend installing the faucet and sprayer saying it would be flimsy. BTW I have 1" thick walls on the sink. Scott came and did it and it's very sturdy and is working great. Cost of $75 for a little less than hour of work. Would highly recommend Scott.
Recent Review: I called Mr. Rodriguez on Monday morning and told him what the problem was with the sink. He then asked for me to text a picture of the faucet, I did and he told me what I needed to buy to replace it. I texted him the next morning and let him know I would be available. He called me about 3:00 that afternoon and said he could come by and install. He and his partner showed up in less than 15 minutes..... they had it installed and working in less than an hour. Excellent service, timely and professional. I will certainly call them again.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink which caused quite a bit of damage to the cabinet (sunken floor/mold). I called them, they came the next day, gave me an estimate, came back the next week at my request, arriving exactly at time given. The craftsman, Rodney McCamber, did an excellent job of replacing the flooring in the cabinet, gave me a new shelf, installed new faucets in the kitchen & bathroom. (the plumbing is 20 yrs old & he had some difficulties with it). He was courteous and most of all cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely call them again.

The faucet installation was very well done and we were satisfied. However, the re-grouting was another issue. The re-grouting itself was well done, we have no complaints on the work........however, the clean-up was very poor. The film from the grouting was left on the tile and I was told this would come off at the next shower. Well, there has been several showers taken and much time spent with a sponge trying to clean up the film, but it is still not all cleaned up. Although the re-grouting was done only half up, the ceiling in the shower (also tile) is covered with film which I assume is from the grinding to remove the old grout. This should have been cleaned before leaving the job. Also, the drain should have been covered during the work. Instead we have grout in the drain....not acceptable. We are senior citizens and the clean-up has been difficult.....but seniors or not, we should not have had to deal with this. My son is a contractor up north and his favorite saying is that the most important tool that a contractor owns is his shop vac!

Initial contact for estimate was done on 10/2/13 and he showed up on time. When I told the plumber, Ed, that I wanted to buy my faucet and sink myself and just have him install it, he said that I should not do that and he would be able to provide the faucet and sink at a wholesale cost and it would be better quality than at the local Lowe's. He said there quality was crap. I told him what I wanted and then he told me what I wanted. He did not want to see a picture or anything, he knew exactly what I wanted -- professional grade, not construction grade. I told him what finish I wanted and he understood that also. His initial estimate was $586.00. I thought that was high, but with the high quality of product for the sink and faucet he promised me, I agreed. When he showed up on 10/8/13, the faucet was not the style I wanted and not the right finish. The sink was a brushed stainless steel and the faucet was a bright chrome. When put together it looked like the faucet was an afterthought. I told him I did not like it. He said he would order me another one in the brushed nickel, but it would be $100.00 more (at that point the estimate was now $686.00). He stopped his work and left with half of my sink with no pipes. He said he could return in one week. After he left I just thought the prices were too high for the quality I ended up getting. I went online at the Lowe's website and found the exact same brand faucet and sink for sale there. The sink price was comparable, but the faucet that I wanted from the beginning was over $100.00 less and in the brushed nickel! So much for better quality provided by him. I called Don's Plumbing back right away to tell them to not order the faucet and that I was going to buy it myself. I asked them for a price total now that I was buying the faucet. Ed called me back and told me it would be $350.00 with a $20.00 restocking fee for the faucet he ordered. I told him I would not pay that because I called back right away to cancel that order. He agreed to take the $20.00 off. Geez! A week later the installation was complete. I called them back a few days later because the sprayer that came out of the top of faucet kept getting stuck under the sink and that you could also pull up the back of the sink from the cabinet. Ed came back out and said that since the pipes were in the middle of the wall, there was nothing he could do about the sprayer getting stuck. When I showed him the back of the sink, he said that he could not get a clamp back there. I told him that if water got back there it would run under the sink. He said I should caulk it. Isn't that what he should have done? He left with nothing done. Overall, the experience was stressful. Ed acted like he could care less. I thought there pricing was and quot;suspiciousand quot; and the products at Lowe's were exactly the same and even better than what he offered me. My final comment is that if you have plumbing needs you should try someone else. I believe you should be provided better service, price, and to say the least, more care about the customer's needs and concerns.

Unbelievable - originally he came to install bathroom faucets - but - when he was finished we asked him if he had time to look at our hot water heater and he said no problem ! Well, after he showed us the corroded parts we asked if he could replace them - so he did - when it was all said and done, we had made him late for his next appointment - but - he called the office and had someone else cover for him ! Talk about great customer service - Kiley & Son's is really hard to beat !!
