All Aqua Pools Inc
Recent Review: We began the process of researching pool builders in early fall by interviewing at least five top rated companies. Most wanted to tell us what we should have and did not listen to our vision of what we wanted. Nils and All Aqua pools took the time to listen to us and stood out as the premium builder with the skills, experience, and customer service demeanor we were looking for. All Aqua pools is NOT Bubba’s “family owned and operated” business where everyone is the jack of all trades and the master of none. IT IS a well-oiled machine that uses highly experienced, vetted, craftsmen and artisans that take deep pride in what they do. All of Nil’s colleagues are clean, respectful and punctual. We actually enjoyed having them around our home and family. Most builders have an inherent bureaucratic disconnect between the salesman and the project lead. This is not the case at All Aqua Pools as Nils serves both roles. There is no middle man. You get what you contracted for and more. Follow up, timing and sequencing of events (including billing) is efficient, effective and accurate. Communication is clear and concise. Nils is accessible. Near the end of construction we had an issue with some spillways that did not quite meet our expectation or vision. Nils took care of this personally and would not give up until we were completely satisfied. He could have walked away but did not. Nils is an obsessive perfectionist and did not manage our expectations by arguing them away. He does not bait and switch and uses only premium products and personnel. Our pool was completed on time in 8 weeks and per our plan was open for fun in early March so that a full season could be enjoyed. This also allowed for our yard to quickly recover to better than it was before by late spring. We are confident that if any warranty or other issue were to arise Nils and All Aqua pools would be there for us. Look no further. This is the team to build your backyard dream! THANK YOU Nils and All Aqua!!!!!! MCLC in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Recent Review: This was BY FAR, the absolute WORST experience with a company that I have ever had. I cannot express enough how badly this company performed, and the level of unprofessionalism and absolute disregard for their clients that they had. We chose this company in part because they were a family-run company, and we liked the idea of helping small businesses in our community. The owner, Jeff, was very friendly and informative BEFORE they got our money. That all changed. First, we were given a 35 day timeline for our new inground spa (that was to be installed next to our existing inground pool). The project took 3 months, and wasn't even completed correctly. There are so many bad things that happened, I am just going to run down a list of some: - Numerous delays blamed on weather even though it wasn't always raining - Promised us verbally that our lawn would not be damaged, then proceeded to destroy 1/3 of our grass and refused to repair it - Stated verbally that they would redo our tile grout in the main pool, then refused, stating "Is it in the contract?" - Painted the deck the wrong color, had to repaint it (when they did we realized we didn't like the color and it had to be repainted a third time, but the last one was our fault, and we understand that since we made a poor color choice) - Stained the bottom of our pool with concrete, took over a month to repair that, and when they did, they left permanent ruts in our pool interior - The owner, Jeff, was IMPOSSIBLE to reach, and always had someone else returning our phone calls, even when we asked to speak directly to him (we had no trouble reaching him BEFORE he got our money) - They put in a stone deck around the spa, which we had many headaches with them and the construction of, and we were actually told by their employee who installed it that it was his FIRST time ever laying down a stone deck! And yet he did it unsupervised. - When we attempted to speak about our numerous complaints with the owner (when we were finally able to reach him), he was rude to me, yelling at me, and told me "you've got two ears and one mouth so shut it and listen." - After the project was completed, our light inside the pool that they installed completely fell off and we had to pay another person to have it reinstalled - We discovered after they completed the job that they had done the plumbing wrong, and had to pay another company to fix it I could actually go on for much longer, but I think anyone reading this has gotten the point. DON'T let them fool you with their sales pitch, they are a ruthless, money-hungry company with no integrity and quite frankly, I cannot believe they are even still in business.

After interviewing several pool builders we decided to go with All Aqua Pools. We are so glad we went with them, the Erickson's have been awesome! This has been one of the easiest construction projects we have ever taken on. The attention to detail and a solid quality product really sets them apart from the rest. We were a bit skeptical the self cleaning floor system would be so hands free, glad to say it's amazing and worth every cent! Construction was pain free- the site kept very clean and progress made every day. We would highly recommend Aqua pools, Chad and Nils

This company was recommended by our fence salesman (on a Friday) who gave me their business card and said he would have them contact me. When I received the first call Kearsty wanted the address for the installation estimate and said she'd have the owner, Nils, call on Monday. She went on to tell me how much pools, screens and spas cost. I didn't ask and wasn't interested as I'm quite familiar with those costs having done this before. At 2:14 on Monday, Laurie called and left a message: "Nils wanted me to call you. Not doing any work in (your town) right now. We're just so slammed. Hope you find somebody." If they're not doing work here then the first phone call from them should have explained that. Furthermore, to go into explanation of costs when the customer hasn't asked and is simply trying to set up an appointment for an estimate is unnecessary and condescending. I should have known to expect this. I had called this same company in July, 2015, regarding another property and never received a call back. It must be nice for so many companies to have so much work that they can turn away business and so easily dismiss future customers. They don't realize that negative feedback does greater damage than the good of positive reviews.

Erik was very thorough in his assessment with our problem.  After testing the electrical circuits, he was able to determine that the light bulb in the spa needed to be replaced, but the whole light fixture in the pool itself was not functioning properly and need a replacement.  He was very responsive to our needs and quickly got the problem solved.

ABEMCO Pools and Spas
Bemco pools built my family a beautiful pool. We were very pleased with the process from the initial consultation to the end product. They explained the whole process to us and provided cost saving options as well nice upgrades. We found them to be honest and patient with my endless questions. We would highly recommend them for a new pool or renovation. Sincerely Matt Branch

They are excellent. I would highly recommend them. We asked them around Thanksgiving to see if they could get a pool in my Christmas and they were able to deliver. They were always three days ahead of schedule with permits and the work. They were here every day working. What I liked was that they did everything they were going to do on time, which does not happen very often. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Everything was top of the line and they were very knowledgeable people to work with.

FBlue Water Pools
We started on May 31, 2012. The pool company, knowing we would have custom pool work done, still said it would take 3-4 weeks.  By July 1, we had a large trench in our yard and almost nothing done.  One the second week of July they started the stone water fall.  They finished 2 levels of stone.  The water fall was not worked on again until late October and they did not finish the grouting until the end of November.  We were told we would be able to use the pool for the summer, but they did not finish the resurfacing of the pool until late September.  We were finally able to use the pool by the second week of October, but by then it was too cold and the swimming season was over.  We did make some changes in how the job would look, but still this should not have taken 6 months to complete.  It could easily have been done by the end of July or at least mid August.  There is not excuse for taking 6 months to complete the work. It took 6 months to complete.  They failed to show up when they said they would.  A typical week would include one employee showing up for a few hours one day once a week. They would go weeks without showing up. At end, it was close to a month.  We also had a problem with our exterior siding on the pool deck, which was damaged when the exhaust from one of their pieces of equipment got too close and meted and warped a 3x3 section. They are willing to replace it or pay for the damage, but it will cost about $200 to repair. They do not have enough employees to finish the job in a timely manner.  They would not even call us, I had to call them before they would show up again.  The pool company said it was my fault that I did not order the pavers and tiles in time, but we had them all delivered by the first week of July.  We had 5 pallets of pavers, the tiles, and all of the new pool equipment.  None of it was installed by the beginning of October.  The pavers were not even laid until September. I was told by some of the employees that they had too many jobs at one time and they were spread too thin. The entire pool rework was gorgeous, as was the custom stonework and waterfall, but I am not sure I would use them again since they did not show up when said would.  I do not think it was the employee's fault, they were wonderful, it was the management in the company that was the problem.
