, After I had signed the contract in March of 2014, work was to begin within 3 to 4 weeks. However, it took repeated calls, emails, etc... because more than 7 weeks had passed and no work had started. Moreover, AllPhase employees, were scheduled, but did not show up at the appointed day/time. Again, it took multiple calls and emails for the work to be completed. In addition, the ALLPhase work was shoddy, of poor quality, and they left concrete residue on the swimming pool handrails, and my swimming pool screen door. They did come back and cleaned up the handrails, but the door could not be cleaned w/out removing the finish. In addition, the swimming pool light had been left out for several months, I replaced the lens gasket and was not re-installed when the pool work was completed. At each stage of renovation, when I questioned who was going to re-install the light, their general response was the "next" crew. To continue, the work crews broke a sprinkler head, and left their 10/x10' slurry box in my yard for more than a week, thus destroying my grass. I found it necessary to call the AllPhase owner to have it removed. In addition, I wrote a letter to ALLPhase and outlined the latter, in hopes that they would reimburse for my costs; however they ignored my letter. Finally, when AllPhase did show up to install the light, they had broken the bulb when they initially removed the light, and did not tell me; therefore,I had to replace the bulb at my cost, as well as, purchasing a new light lens gasket, because the original gasket had dried up and rotted because it had left out in the sun. in conclusion, ALLPhase has stated, the swimming pool light is my problem and they are not responsible; consequently, I have to find another pool service to re-install the light at my expense. Finally, I can't use my pool until the light has been fixed; this organization is very unprofessional as displayed by their lack of responsibility in their dealings with customer's,and I give them the "lowest" of customer ratings, "do not use", find someone else.
