I let them go after a week. They did not protect my floors, so now I have overspray on them that I’m really having to work hard to get it all out. They had so many drips on my wall that they had to go back and fix over and over again. They taped off my door, painted, let it dry, then pulled it off and pulled some of the paint off by my door. They also got paint on my door frame. They dripped paint on a rug in a room they weren’t even working in. They tried to repair poorly patched holes in my walls AFTER they painted, which resulted in dimples and bad patches in general. See pics. It took them 7 days to do a single room, plus baseboards and a hallway because of the errors and it still isn’t done. I’m going to have to hire someone else come in to fix those rooms. They supposedly went through SIX gallons of paint for a single room and hallway. I honestly have no idea where it went because the walls still aren’t evenly painted and they are splotchy. I’m no expert, but it makes me question if they did something else with my paint because 6 gallons feels extreme. I hate to even say that, but I painted one room in our home going from a dark to light color in less than a day with one gallon! They said it was using so much because of going from tan to white, but, I don’t get it. They sanded my walls so much in some areas after painting that it won’t match the texture on the rest of the wall now. Paint was dripped on my front porch and carpet upstairs. Granted, I do think I said I was replacing the carpet, but I still feel very disrespected. Brandon seems to be a decent guy and was apologetic, but nice doesn’t get the job done and done right. I’m very disappointed and I paid them $950 for the work completed already. He asked for a draw one week into the job, as it was taking much longer than anticipated. I paid that on Friday, allowed them back on Monday and fired them Monday night when the one room and hallway still weren’t finished. Got a new quote from a reputable company today and they basically told me there were some errors made that won’t be fixable. If I could upload more pictures, I would, but it capped me at 8. I did my best to give them the benefit of the doubt before I fired them, but I was fed up. All in all, this was the work of an amateur and I definitely would not hire them again.
