Recent Review: Stopped in at Superior Sheds for an estimate on a 10 x 16 shed after attempts at other providers.  Met with Bob Specht, told him exactly what our needs were and he satisfied our requirements with no pressure, delivered on time and exactly as quoted. Had a permit service handle all the paperwork with the county which was both a time and hassle saver for us.  Also referred us to a concrete contractor to handle driveway enlargement and access pad for the new shed.  Great experience and would recommend Bob and Superior Sheds to anyone in the market for the same.

Recent Review: My experience with them was very good.  They were helpful and walked us through several options.  They delivered it the very next day, even though it was a weekend.  They also built a ramp for it.  I would recommend them.

Recent Review: FYI. Do not use Shed movers, llc out of Homosassa if u need anything moved. The owner himself dropped and damaged our brand new shed then left without saying a word. And them placed it in the wrong place right at someone else's property. He had to come back and get the shed due to location and damage but has yet to return our 500 deposit. It's very sad there are businesses in citrus county this dishonest please beware of this business

Recent Review: The product (the output) is great. I am very happy with the construction. Dan is the one who came out to spec the job and give the estimate. He estimated about $6500. He called me back about 3 days later and let me know that its going to be more around $7500-$8000. I provided a picture and told Dan that I wanted the structure to "look" exaactly like the picture. We discussed materials and I understood I couldn't use the exact materials. When Dan was at my home I asked him about the 10% coupon on his Angie's List page and he said it was definitely applicable to my job.Upon receiving his formal estimate I noticed that he only gave me a 5% discount. . I called him and he explained the other 5% was already built in( Red Flag #1). Dan contacted me a couple of days later to let me know he wanted me to be happy and would apply another 5%.. . .When the building was completed I took the picture out and asked Thomas where the window boxes were. He replied ""they were not in the budget" I was upset about this because I was clear on my design.I decided to write to Dan. He answered me in an email and said that the law in the state of Flordia does not allow window boxes. The next day I called the permit office and the person who hands out the permits could not stop laughing. I spoke with Dan again and the story all changed.  (Red Flag #2) It was Friday afternoon and Dan came to my home to pick up his final check. He said they could build the window boxes for $100 and he told me I could let him know on Monday. More to the story is that we needed to buy some things for the shed, air conditioner, flood light. When the electrician opened the box for the flood light he found that the socket was broken. In an effort to pass the final inspection they installed the broken flood light and told me that Thomas would come back to replace it. After my expereinces with Dan, I felt I would prefer to work directly with Thomas. I reached out to Dan on Monday and told him that I would like the opportunity to discuss the window boxes with Thomas when he was here to replace the flood light. Dan's email response was "You will need to pay for a second trip out". I found his demeanor had changed since he now had his last check. I told Dan to just forget it. I was happy not to deal with hi anymore. I want to say that I am very happy with the construction, Thomas and Jay were excellent. They were prompt, cleaned up and made good suggestions. I felt comfortable having them in my home. As far as they rest of it goes. If you don't have integrity in your word, you have nothing. Anyone who finds the need to continue to "clarify or say that emails are misconstrued" needs to be watched carefully. I would suggest takng a check list and holding Dan accountable since he's the sales person. OR ask to meet with Thomas BEFORE you sign. Be clear, itemize and make sure you get what you want

Recent Review: They showed up on time and they did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up the site very well which I thought they took some extra time to keep things safe. They also put up with my dog. They were real close in their pricing to what we wanted to spend.

Recent Review: Apollo and his small crew were here promptly in the morning. I rarely saw them take a break though out the day and it was hot as heck out there!  Everyone was friendly and the process went smoothly when the weather cooperated.  When Apollo found something  that concerned him he brought it to our attention and offered us solutions. We are very happy with their work. They did an awesome job. Everyone comments on how great our house looks!

Allen Reyna was recommended to me by a man at a company dealing in sheds.  I called him, and he came out that day to look at the job.  He said he could do it and that he would  bring his own crew with him (2 people).  He told me he would call me later with a quote and tell me when he could do the job.  He did.  He called me the next day and told me a time to expect them, and they were there when expected.  They helped me finish making a place in the shed for them to work.  They brought a trash trailer with them and invited me to put anything I wanted in it to be hauled away along with their own trash from the job.  They removed all the moldy insulation damaged by the leaking shed roof, lifted the roof back into position, and secured it there with two new supports plus new wood where the break in the roof truss was.  They cleaned the roof and let it dry before painting it with Cool Seal.  They replaced the roof of a small greenhouse with new material on hand, tho they had to buy one more piece to complete that job.  They found a leak in the roof of a small shed attached to the greenhouse and repaired the roof with shingles on hand.  They had to buy new insulation to put up in the roof of the large shed, which was less expensive than putting up roll insulation and putting up something to secure it in place, doubling the work.  The roof, inside and out, looks great.  Their work lasted two days, as predicted.  The original estimate was $800, but it didn't include the new material needed for insulation and the piece for the greenhouse roof, which I knew beforehand, which added another $300.  I was thrilled that they did such great work and hauled off so much trash.

ADoc's Restorations
The short story: Doc's is very professional, does the job when they say it will be done, exceeds expectations, and offers good value for work done - I would definitely use them again. The long story: The exterior of my mom's house had been neglected and I needed someone I could trust to do a good job and not take advantage of her being a senior living by herself. I found Doc's through Angie's list and planned on comparing with a couple other local companies while I was visiting. Doc's was responsive to my requests from the start. While I was having trouble getting other guys to come out to give a quote in a timely manner Doc's was right up front on when they could come see me and review what was needed. I am knowledeable about home repair and can tell when someone does not know what they are talking about. When the guy that came out to give a quote I let him talk about what had to be done and why it needed it to be done a certain way. I was very pleased with the details that were given and was very comfortable that the company had the skills and the equipment to the job right. * The house had to be treated for exterior mold attached to the old paint and pressure washed. A guy came out on the promised day and spent 6 hours treating and power washing everything. He took the time to do the job right.* Painting prep guy - Stucco paint had been missing in a lot of areas and the pressure washing had loosened additional paint. Loose paint was scraped off and all cracks in the paint (where the paint was not loose) were filled. A rotten facia board was replaced.* The painter put on new Stucco paint and the Stucco blended in very well with the pre-existing Stucco. All paint edging was done quickly but very well done without paint getting on areas that it did not belong.* Clean up was so good that there was nothing that still needed to be done after they left..

ASimmons Painting Contractors
We decided to repaint the inside of our house (excluding the closets and ceiling) and got several quotes.  They were all in the same ballpark but we chose to go with Simmons after meeting the owner, Clay Simmons.  He was thorough in his quote and we discovered that he is family owned and operated which is what we look for as we like to support our local american business men and women.  Work began within 2 weeks and was completed ahead of schedule.  The crew was Clay, his son Cody and a third painter, Robbie.  It took 4 full days which included them moving the furniture, pictures, wall hangings and fixtures, etc. and putting it all back in place.  They also did patchwork on walls and corners that had taken a beating over the last 21 years.  The work area was always tidy and there were no awful fumes. They were nothing but gentlemen and began each day cheerful and on time.  Robbie brought the paper in every morning with a smile.  The cost was $4500.00 (including all materials and labor) for 2200 sq ft.  We also had them pressure wash the exterior including driveway, walkways and shed for $325.00.  That took Cody 6 hours and made a 21 year old house look almost new again. One member of our household is ill, but what we thought was going to be a big ordeal was actually a very pleasant experience that we would recommend.  On a scale of 10, we give them a solid 20!  They went well above and beyond the job.
