Recent Review: Majestic Shed is a family owned and operated company. I met with Dayle V. and we decided on layout and options.. Dayle pulled the permit and scheduled the installation. The crew arrived when expected and were very capable and efficient. Everyone had a task to do and they proceeded to do them in parallel. For example, the wood for the floor frame was being cut before they finished unloading the rest of the material from the trailer. They finished that day except for the trim on the windows. They left the trim off so the inspector could make sure the windows were installed properly. The inspection was done the next day and the following day the trim was installed on the windows. I am very satisfied with the finished shed. The workmanship and materials used were much better than I saw in the demo sheds at the big box stores. The cost was less as well. This is a family company that takes pride in it's work.

Recent Review: We met them through the Home and Garden Patio show. Built On Site Sheds builds the best sheds. One guy built the shed and he did a wonderful job and he did this on site. He was really nice, he never took a break. He came in did his work and went home - no problems.
Recent Review: I can always depend on Rick. He has completed jobs around my house in the past and once again I needed some work done. I called him and we set a date. When he couldn't make it he called and rescheduled it. Anytime something came up, Rick would give me a call instead of leaving me hanging. He and his partner completed the repairs in a reasonable time. His services and price is excellent. I highly recommend Mr Boyd, you will not be disappointed !
Recent Review: The crew showed up as set up. They called before hand as requested. On the first day the guys removed all rotten wood and roofing. Replaced bad wood with good, shingles, and sided. Day two they painted and cleaned up. Very efficient and clean job. I would use them again.

The experience was great. The day I called, they scheduled time to assess the shed, within 2 hours. The very next day the shed was removed from yard by 5pm. I felt very happy and well taken care of. Their level of responsiveness and follow up was very professional and timely. I would definitely use this company again.

I've used this company many times. Joe is fair and friendly. He came to give the estimate the same day I called. He is always willing to talk over options and is willing to find ways to work within our budget without compromising quality. Usually, we are able to do some of the work and cleanup to save on labor. The crew showed up on the agreed upon day and time, worked hard and well. They were friendly and professional. Although we haven't had much rain this year, we've had enough to know the shed roof is excellent.

I asked the contractor to rent a cherry picker to caulk, prime and paint back of home exterior over a metal pan roof to avoid walking on the metal roof and to access the second story exterior walls. I agreed to pay up to two days for the rental, was told the crew knew how to operate the cherry picker. Crew did not appear to understand cherry picker operation and spent a lot of time attempting to learn how to operate and move it to access areas they needed to paint. One employee hit and dented the metal shed with the cherry picker while attempting to move it. Contractor returned the cherry picker after one day leaving some of the high work to be done with ladders and were forced to spend time accessing the back exterior wall by standing on the pan roof which I did not want them to do for safety reasons, fortunately the roof did not collapse. Further, painters were forced to paint the balance of the high exterior walls using ladders. Painters did not appear to have supervision every day while on the site. Contractor lifted the metal shed, leveled ground underneath for new cinder block piers with three 4"x 4" x10' PT beams. Contractor claimed one employee had 30 years building foundations and working with concrete however, that employee appeared to be supervising the others in measuring, leveling the piers while he applied the concrete and mortar. Contractor requested more concrete and a mason's leveling string which I went out and purchased while they continued to work. Returned with the additional materials while the concrete block piers were close to being finished, contractor never did use the mason's leveling string before building the piers. Built Piers with no footers, were not evenly spaced, level or high enough off ground to provide adequate ventilation for the shed. Contractor came back to remedy situation by adding additional 4" x 4" x 2' PT beams to raise the shed higher off ground. Shed foundation piers are still not level or evenly spaced however, I paid the contractor to get them off the site so tenant could reuse the shed to store their items and clean up the area for guests flying in for a visit. As the landlord I did not want to inconvenience the tenants any more for lack of use of the shed.

We put a down payment to do part 1 of the project. Then he didn’t finish that but wanted a down payment for job 2, but we didn’t want to do that since it wasn’t finished. He took off with the money and never showed up and won’t return our calls. He said he was going to come back out once we rescheduled. He started out very well but then once he got his money, he disappeared and changed as soon as he cashed the check. When he calls he acts upset and he is trying to create an exit. I have the contract that he signed. It’s getting to be two months now. He did the concrete slab and took a month an a half, then once he cashed the check for thee second part of the job his attitude changed. The only thing he did for part two is plant the poles for the shed. It is sad to see other people in the area being fooled by him, I feel like it is my duty to inform others about him.

I was in the market for a concrete slab foundation for a small vinyl shed. I had spent several weeks getting verbal estimates. The estimates ranged in price from $500 - $1,100. After making a couple of verbal agreements and having contractors not follow-up or show-up to do the agreed work., I was becoming frustrated. A co-worker recommended Bob Davidson of Concrete Works. I called Bob and discussed the project. To save on expenses Bob recommended a block paver foundation. He also said he and his crew could assemble the shed (this was before he saw the shed). He called early the next morning and said he could come by for a site inspection and possibly do the job the same day. I met him before work to show him where I wanted to put the shed and the two large boxes in my garage which contained the unassembled shed. His crew was finishing up another job and would begin my job later that day. Later in the afternoon Bob called to let me know he had looked at the assembly instructions for the shed. He advised it was much more detailed than he thought (I expected this) and they wouldn't be able to assemble it the same day. He would also need to increase the cost to pay his guys for another day. I felt his original estimate was on the low side for the work I thought would be involved in assembling the shed. Therefore, I was willing to pay additional. I also appreciated that he discussed this with me prior to beginning the assembly of the shed. They came back the next day assembled the shed, discarded the boxes, and cleaned up their work site. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Concrete Works. Bob Davidson was professional, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again.

AGot It Covered Painting
It went great. Michael came out the next day after contacting us and gave an estimate for the job. They started the job soon after and were finished about 4 days later. My wife and I had started removing wall paper and worked about 2 days on this and just could not do anymore. I asked Michael if they could finish this and he said sure. What a relief!! After the job was done we were walking around looking at the rooms and I happened to look out at our shed and said we needed to get the rotted wood replaced and the shed painted sometime. Michael said they could also take care of this. Paul and another man came out and ripped off the rotted wood and rebuilt it. They came yesterday and painted it. It looks great. His crews were very professional in their work and I would highly recommend them.

My second experience with Ryan Neese and his crew was just as good as the first. They worked daily until job was completed and cleaned up behind themselves. Listened to all my concerns and changes and adapted to what I needed.
