Business Description: N E Electric, LLC is a family owned and operated business. Our goal is to provide professional electrical services at a fair price. Too many people try to DIY or let someone how "knows about electric stuff" handle their electrical issue. The results can be costly and dangerous. Recent Review: I contracted with Ivan Alonso for the installation of 22 recessed ceiling (“high hat”) lights located in five different rooms and above the stairs of our home. This was to replace the existing lights that were installed by the builder when our home was built 16 years ago. The light over the stairs—reachable only by a 15 foot extension ladder had been burned out for several years. The lights in our living room ceiling—a height of 25 feet— were reachable only with a scaffold. Ivan gave me a quote of $1,298 complete for labor and materials; $59 per light. He asked for a deposit of 50% to purchase the materials and rent the scaffold. On the day of installation, he called me to let me know that he was going to be late because the place where he had rented the scaffold did not have one available and he was going to have to get it at another location. Ivan and his three assistants arrived later the same day, and very efficiently replaced the existing lights with minimal disruption to our household. We are thrilled with the new lights, and are even happier that the LEDs will last a very long time. This was the third job Ivan has done for me at our house, and as always, I’m impressed with his professionalism, his honesty, and his excellent communication skills.

Recent Review: While we purchased most of the materials, Brent and his helper replaced one ceiling fan and installed a second one. He also replaced a range hood, and installed a lighting fixture with a new switch. All this was done in approximately a four or five hour period. His work was professional, quick, clean and complete.

Recent Review: I had Ace install some recessed and drop lights and switch boxes during a kitchen remodel and I'm extremely pleased with their work. I scheduled them after I had a bad experience with a locale contractor. The price is high but you get what you pay for and I got my monies worth. They did a great job. I did go out and buy all the parts and pretty much just payed for labor. Two guys came to do the work and was finished in about 7 hours. Professional job

Recent Review: We noticed some water stains near a recessed light in our kitchen.  I checked Angie's List for recommendations for a roofer and found Azalea City with a great rating.  We called them at the end of August and spoke to the owner, Kyle Kellerman.  He came out either that afternoon or the next morning, I forgot which.  He was professional and friendly.  He inspected inside the attic first.  Then he went on the roof with our garden hose and ran the water while my husband remained in the attic to see where the leak was.  Once we found the leak, he gave us an estimate of the cost of repair.  We accepted his estimate, at which time he went back up on the roof to do a temporary repair (with some spray foam, I think) which would prevent further leakage until the actual repair could take place about a week later.   Kyle called us the night before he came to do the roof repair, and showed up in the morning with other workers to perform the repairs, which took 2 or 3 hours approximately.  He remained on the job the whole time.  Everything was done very professionally and we were happy with the results.  It has rained since but we haven't noticed any further leaks yet.  Hopefully we won't see any, but we feel confident in going back to Kyle should we have any problems.  We received a warranty on his work, which will be long enough to last until we need a new roof in the next few years. All in all, I'm satisfied with his service.  I probably could have found someone to do the work cheaper, but sometimes the cheap ends up being expensive in the long run.

I called after seeing his reviews on Angie's List and was given a free estimate. He started the next day! Job was done without any problems or delays. It could not have been done any better or faster. It's perfect. Originally we were only going to do the panelbox but after work was completed we opted to completely replace everything. Ivan and his employees are polite, professional, and passionate about their work and it clearly shows. I will continue to call on them for future jobs.

We really need Angie's List to expand in this area. I hope you can do that. My experience with Black Brothers was fine. I was satisfied with the service. The price was fair. I have used them several times, and will continue to use them in the future.
