Exceeded expectations. Perfect! Eddy is an extremely competent, knowledgeable, hands-on contractor. Eddy and his crew, at all times, were professional, prompt, and polite. Eddy was helpful and patient during the color selection process. The Bahama shutters were in poor condition and I thought I would have to replace them. Eddy's crew scraped and painted the shutters so well, I'm still surprised they are the same shutters! I really could not have had a better experience. From start to finish, I have zero complaints and I'm truly satisfied.

AShep's Home Repairs
Diane was a pleasure to work with. She pressure washed my house and painted the trim on the exterior, for a very reasonable price. She was neat, pleasant, easy to work with, and gave us a really excellent product. Her attention to detail, was quite keen. I would definitely hire her again, for various jobs around my house.

Tom Hart came to our house to give us an estimate after carefully going all over the exterior of the house. He pointed out everything that would be done, from pressure cleaning to caulking and patching. He helped us pick out the colors we wanted and offered some great suggestions. The paint job was scheduled and finished on time (even with a rain delay). The final product is so beautiful. The workmanship is perfect. We would highly recommend Hart Painting to anyone looking for a great company for their painting needs.

A360 Painting Broward
360 Painting is a very professional company. They were responsive to my first call and were able to start work within the week. This company pays attention to detail. They are hard workers and once they start the job, they finish it. They gave me a time frame and a list of the work to be performed for each day. Prohibiting any rain, they stuck to their daily schedule and gave me a layout each day for the next day's work. I would highly recommend this company, not only for the professionalism of the work, but also for the professionalism of their customer service.

AJ.RMAC Handymen, LLC
Just an unbelivable job. I need for him to do A LOT of things to my house and on a deadline date because my parents were coming to see me AND there was a Hurricane out in the Atlantic, I had no shutter protection and I was going to be leaving town after my parents left too. I did not feel comfortable leaving my home without any sort of shutter protection. No problem. Roland did everything and ON TIME!! I felt just as safe at this house as I did in my previouse house and we had Hurricane compact windows. Just an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE with Roland. USE THIS GUY PEOPLE!!!

AFine Painters Inc
Really excellent from start to finish. Luis came out to give an estimate right away. He gave us feedback on color choices and also work that didn't need to be done in order to save money. Work was scheduled in less than a week. The workers came on time & did a great job. They didn't speak much English, but Luis kept in close contact to make sure everything was going well. They did extra things such as repairing a rotting sill that was not part of the job. At the end, Luis realized that he hadn't given me an Angie's List discount, and knocked $100 off the price.

AHandyworks Complete Home
Handyworks was great. Everything that was said on Angie's List was right on. We had a problem with another contractor and they fixed the other contractor's problem no charge. He was very responsive, if I sent him a text he would send it right back to me very quickly.

ARay's Painting Corp
In short, Ray and his crew are AMAZING! Professional, punctual, friendly, responsive, meticulous -- just all-around great people and a terrific company to work with. They painted the entire exterior of our Coral Gables house, including the front door (which was badly sun-damaged) . This involved spray-washing, priming, filling old shutter screw holes (we put in impact windows and didn't need the shutters anymore), and applying two coats of paint. They finished the job today (Friday) and when they left I realized that I will be a little sad not to have them around come Monday morning! If only every contractor could be this pleasant and professional to work with, the world would be a much happier place. Don't waste your time getting quotes from other painting companies -- just hire Ray! You won't regret it.
