Recent Review: They go through the garage floor and put it underground. They were very clean and punctual. They were very professional and power washed everything before and after. It was perfect. We have recommended them and would definitely use them again.

Recent Review: Arrived on time and was very professional. Subsequently found out we qualified for FEMA funding using the Rebuild NW Florida program, so decided to save 75%. If we had not qualified, we would have contracted Vanderhayden INC.

Recent Review: Kevin has become my lifeline at my property! He come over to the property in a very timely manner and got my property ready for my next tenant. He performed a few repairs that were needed, set up the TV that had been disconnected, got out my many chairs that were put into the house pre-storm, got me pool chairs out and cleaned up the lawn. He than cleaned up the landscape which was a mess after the storm. Kevin is very dependable and most importantly just a genuinely nice guy!

Recent Review: The final product is just what we expected. Very nice. The work is beautiful. As with all construction projects there were a few little bumps along the road but Don was right there every day to address issues with the subcontractors. His assistants were also very friendly and helpful and made sure that work was being done correctly. Don is super easy to get along with and addressed any issues that we had with the construction during and after the project was complete. Several of his sub contractors said that they really liked working with him because of his friendliness and professionalism. Initially we were going to go with other contractors, but decided to go with Don and do not regret that decision. If we had another building project we would go with him as well.

Recent Review: Keys was the lowest bidder who agreed to do the job (another contractor got spooked about the scale of the job and backed out after bidding). I should preface this by saying that its a nightmare getting anything done in the Keys and the permitting process is horrendous.  We had a lot of difficultly with our engineer who didn't get along with the contractor (these squabbles  were ridiculous, it was like refereeing kindergarten at one point) in the end we sided with the contractor mostly because my husband supervised the job and was satisfied with various compromises made vis a vis the original specs for raising the house. Keys did get the job done and for the price they bid (with a few add on's that we negotiated). Our biggest complaint was the skill level of the foreman and crew in charge of our work-site, if my husband had not been here things could have gone badly.  Keys raised the house themselves instead of using a Miami specialty contractor which saved us at least 10K but was a nerve-wracking experience as the crew was learning on the job.  The window and door installation was ok, the trim work was acceptable but some of the windows don't stay up which makes me think they were not installed perfectly tightly. I did complain about this but it wasn't  really fixed though Keys did send someone out. There were numerous little annoyances like this. The stairs are hideous but that's probably our fault, we should have had an architect do them as computer drawn engineered drawings are about what you'd expect aesthetically. On the plus side, the owner of the company, Chris, is a good guy, reasonable and responsive to our concerns.  He took care of a some important misc. problems, replacing the septic lid etc, at a reasonable cost. One of the sub-contractors was sub-standard, but Chris negotiated a fair settlement on the work we were unhappy with. My impression is that major projects in the Keys don't necessarily go any better than ours did. I'm grateful that Keys took the job and basically saved our little conch cottage by raising it and putting it on new pilings (when the storm comes the pilings are so over-engineered they will likely be the only thing to survive, I'll let you know.) Overall, this probably qualifies as a good experience, at least in the Keys. I'm honestly not sure if we would hire them again, it would depend on the job.  However, I would have a beer with Chris and Alberto any day... so that says something.

AA to Z Painting and Home Restoration Services
Jeff appeared immediately after my enquiry and gave an estimate. Work started the following Monday. He called before he came and when he couldn't come. Work done on the following Monday. We had a storm on Wednesday night. Thank to Jeff and Crawford spotting some of my roof shingles been blown away. Crawford fixed the roof( at extra cost of course). If they didn't spot it, we won't know until our ceiling shows sign of leak.  They will come and pressure wash the exterior of my house. This is another job for A to Z.

Over all things went quite smoothly. I haven't had any problems with any of the jobs that he has performed. Everything is working  fine. I am a Landlord with 6 rental properties. I will continue to use Claude because I feel that the prices are great and the quality of work is high. At the present time I have 2 more jobs lined up for him in the near future.

Love the work he did but did not appreciate that he did not come back nor call about completed the additional work. Stll have not heard from him and had to have a roof repair company do the additional repairs. If he has no other work he does good work but ? ? if a person can depend to do all the work necessary.

ASouthern Enclosures Inc
The whole project lasted about 3 weeks and I have nothing but the highest praise for Southern Enclosures as a company, and for the crew who came out to do all the work!  They were so easy to work with!  And so professional!  The crew was a delight.  I could tell they cared about their work, they wanted to do it right and that were extremely competent in understanding the engineering it takes to make all these structures and ensure they're stable, and sloped right for rain runoff... the result is not only exactly as promised, it's functional, and beautiful to look at!  They did a knock-out job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any of this kind of work done.  You will be nothing but totally satisfied!  If there were any questions they had, or recommendations that they thought might make it better, they came and talked with us.  They were constantly keeping us in the loop.  It's fantastic!  Don't have enough adjectives to describe their work!  You can trust them with your porch, carport, deck improvements!  You won't be disappointed!
