Recent Review: When finished there was no trace of the  defect or repair. The tub was as good as new. I also used this company on another bathtub at a house in Crestview with equally good results.

Recent Review: This was the 2nd job I had Rob do for us in the last 2 years.  Rob answers his own phone when the initial call is made and that is refreshing.  Each time I can explain to him the issue of what we need done.  This latest job was to repair a crack that had grown larger in a standup fiberglass shower.  It also looked ugly.  Rob's employee arrived at the scheduled time which was important since this is a vacation condo and we need to get things like this done between guests.  The test of a good job for me is when I can't see evidence that there was ever a problem with the shower or tub.  That mean the repair was done expertly. I would recommend Rob and his company to others without hesitation.

Recent Review: Good plumbers are hard to find so I decided to join Angie's List and found EZ Flow and from the good reviews decided to give them a call.  I first got voicemail and left a message.  Jamie returned my call within 30 minutes and apologized for the delay.  I told him the scope of work and he said he would have the office call me to schedule an appointment.   This was on Friday morning.  They called and said they could be there first thing Monday morning.  I was amazed as I was prepared to wait.  That Monday Jamie showed up as promised.  He was very nice and professional.   After showing him all the issues he was most concerned about the water pressure issue and described what it would take to diagnose and hopefully repair.  It was more than our budget could bear so we decided to wait on this.   When I told him we were planning on taking out the fiberglass shower at some point and putting in tile he was very helpful and spent some time giving me some pointers and offered to come back to address this issue at that time.   He repaired the toilet in the master bath and the leak under the sink.  He explained that in order for the seal and caulking to set properly we needed to not use this toilet for a couple of days.  He explained that he would be back on Friday to repair the other toilet so we could use it while the main one set.   He did not make me pay a penny.  He was back on Friday as promised and finished the job.  His work was excellent and he only charged us $150.   I would HIGHLY recommend Jamie for any and all plumbing needs you have!!!!!

Recent Review: Brian was very responsive and returned my calls promptly. My mother lives in the townhome and was there during the work. He contacted her and arranged to look at the work and give an estimate. He treated her with kindness and respect. We had a deadline for the job to be finished and he met the deadline. The type of shower we purchased was different than what Brian had used in the past, but he was up for the challange and the installation, although it took a little longer, went well. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Recent Review: Robert called on Tuesday afternoon to go over all the details of the job I needed done and said he would be there Wednesday morning between 8 and 8:30 a.m. He was on time and immediately started working on the problems. My kitchen faucet was leaking badly, both the hot water handle and the spray hose. He and Shannon took off the old one and replaced it with the new one I had purchased earlier (a Delta, upon recommendation by his father). They replaced the intake hoses, and Robert said it was a standard part of the job when replacing an old faucet. They spent considerable amount of time fashioning the new hoses for the washing machine. They even did a bit of welding to get all the pieces together! They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They even cleaned up behind themselves, which I certainly didn't expect but am most pleased with! Shannon crawled under the house to check the pipes under the kitchen, which had been my main concern, and was able to set my mind at ease with the information that the pipes were bone dry-- no leaks, yay!! My kitchen had been flooding with water every time I used the washer and I knew a lot of the water had been coming from the leaking spray spout, but water was also puddling further down the kitchen in an area that I had already had to have repaired due to water damage, so I was a bit frenetic thinking there was a pipe under the floor that was leaking.  They did a fabulous job! They started the washer to make sure there were no leaks and said if there were any problems at all, to call them and they'd come back. Their work is 100% guaranteed.  The price was great, and I'll definitely call them the next time I need plumbing help, and will recommend them to anyone any day.

Recent Review: Original fiberglass door& frame installed 2006. Wood in bottom of thershold had rotted affecting door seal. Purchased new door frame from Jeld-Wen. Weather forecast to be sunny but was overcast and cloudy with threat of rain. Trip arrived on time, 11:00 AM, and started to work. Removed door trim and found that the original door fame was PVC coated and in good condition. Trip removed damaged threshold, reinstalled door trim and new threshold, caulked with latex sealant and repainted the door frame. Sun came about for about 2 hours during the work but by the time the work was completed rain was forecast. Rained that evening and next morning I noticed that some of the sealant/paint had washed away. Called Trip and he returned my call. Several days go by and after not hearing anything, I purchased silicone sealnt and resealed the threshold. Contacted Trip by phone and email and let him know that he did not need to come by and I would repaint door on a sunny day.  Hindsight considered, mistakes were made. The work should not have started at 11:00 AM considering the weather. I should have asked Trip to wait until the weather was sunny. For what it's I do recommend written estimates from more than one contractor.

Repair looked adequate; however, upon standing in the tub, there was still an approximate three inch crack. Called and texted the company every day for over two weeks and nobody would ever call back ... no response whatsoever. Had to hire another company (Nu Glaze - highly recommend). Cost another $450 to make proper repair. Damage was to the bottom of the tub which could have made more serious damage to the baseboards, flooring, etc., in the bathroom. I tried and tried to get the company to call me, giving them every change, and finally texted and voice messaged that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau (which I did) and also to Angie's List! Still nobody would respond. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!

He is very polite, very reasonable, and does not waste time. He is so good and so thorough. The only thing that I had to deal with were the noxious fumes from the product, which can't be helped, so if you have pets like birds, make sure to get them out of the house.

The top and bottom of the safety bar installed in the main bath did not line up properly.  The bottom hole splintered the fiberglass of the bathtub enclosure.  I don't think this person had much experience installing bathroom fixtures.  I was not at home at the time of the installation.  My husband who is 83 years old in poor health was at home at the time.

They were excellent, the tubs and shower enclosures honestly look like they are porcelain now. They brought them from being a beige looking color, like they were old, to absolute shining white. It was just a beautiful, beautiful job. They were on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and they didn't charge any more money than the estimate that they gave. It was just really perfect. They had different colors as glazes that we could have chosen, but I wanted the brightest white that they had to match the other fixtures in the bathroom, and they said there was no problem. One new man came out, he spent two days, he did one bathroom on the first day, and the other bathroom on the second day all by himself. After he finished, there was absolutely no dust or anything. They gave me a five year warranty, and I am just really, really pleased. I would recommend them.
