Recent Review: Ordering the cabinets went smoothly. Felix, Courtney and Karen were all courteous. Scheduling the installation was difficult as the date was changed several times by the installer. Installation on Feb 5, 2016?seemed to go well, although cabinets were installed without a stove present. Later, when it was noticed that a drawer did not have smooth action and was not flush with the cabinet, the installer came back to fix this. I also asked him to find the reason for the stove not fitting into the allotted space. He assured me it would, but did not change anything.?We had to realign the stove plug and remove a countertop to get the stove into place. At that point it was visually obvious that the left-hand cabinet was tilting to left and most certainly not level. I placed a level on the stove top to illustrate this in a photo texted to SONI Interiors. Before I could talk with my tile man, he had cut tile to accommodate the crooked cabinet?.the tile line also illustrated the cabinet tilt. Floor, stove and tile are all level. This is more than an unprofessional-sloppy looking?job. Cabinet doors shift when they are out of balance.?I have phoned SONI eight times and the installer once. Each time I have been given a brush off. I kept detailed notes of each conversation and will post these with the better business bureau. My guests all comment on the crooked cabinet, as it is in the center of the kitchen. My mistake was to pay them immediately after installation and before the problems became evident. My calls to SONI to ask for resolution: 4-2-16, James said he'd "talk with the owner and get back to me." That never happened. 4-2-16 at 4:46pm?no answer yet their close time is 5pm. 4-4-16, Karen said she "will have Felix call me."?That never happened. 4-5-16, Amad said he?"will have Fred (the installer)?call me."?That never happened. 4-6-16, James passed me on to Amad. He said he'd come out to see for himself.?That never happened. 4-8-16, Karen told me to text my 2 photos to Amad, which I did. And she said she'd let Amad know Fred's not corrected the problem yet. 4-20-16, I called Fred myself. No one at SONI had discussed the problem with him. He put me off, saying he's too busy but will try to fit me into his schedule. 5-2-16, Ben said they are too busy to take my call. The owner Mr. SONI was not able to talk with me. He promised to give him my message, that I have called 9 times to get my crooked cabinet fixed and do not expect to be put off for a few more days. I will take my problem to the internet?Angie's list and the better business bureau. I want resolution now.
