Recent Review: It has been very good. I will say that that their keypads are very archaic. Everything else has been fine. They are very professional and their customer service is great. I was really impressed with the customer service.

Recent Review: I went to the location on Florida Ave.  to tell them what I wanted and set appointment.  Daniel called the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment and the mechanism that I wanted. He arrived on time with the necessary hardware and equipment.  After installing the locking mechanism he went through its operation with me to make sure I understood how to set and reset the codes.  He was very pleasant and helpful.

Recent Review: My home security system is with a national company who subcontracted the work to Mark of Security Force.  He called to schedule an appointment for installation.  He arrived on time and after looking over the home site went right to work with the installation.  After completing the installation he expalined the keypad and remote pad to me and how to work them.  Thsi work was paid for by the alarm company. Mark is very friendly and efficient in his work.  Approximately 5 months after installation I had a porch added with two additional doors that I wanted added to the alarm system.  I called Mark and he said that would not be a problem.  He scheduled an appointment for which he arrived as promised.  He added the two doors to the system and tested them with the alarm company.  I paid for this installation as it was an addition not covered under my contract with the national company. A couple of months later one of the door alarms gave a low battery signal.  Since I did not know how to change the battery, I called Mark.  He arrived about two hours later to change the battery and show me what to do if happened again.  He did not charge me for this service call. Security Force of America does home alarm monitoring and as soon as my contract is up with the national company I will be switching to this local company for monitoring.

Recent Review: It's working out fine.  I had some problem with it to begin with.  When they sent the pieces to me they had already batteries on them.  I had to two keypad batteries and one keypad died within a few days when I set it up.  The other keypad batteries died the following week but they did send me some new batteries to replace batteries.  Anyhow, I had no problem with it.

ASimpliSafe Home Security
The SimpiSafe Wireless Security System is the best option for your Home Security. You need to go to their very informative website and like me you will be sold on their system! You need to be very leery of getting yourself into one of those security monitoring contracts that are expensive monthly and from what I have read sometimes very hard to get out of. The SimpliSafe system is the BEST! A wireless system is the way to go! The only problem that I had were a few of the sensors fell from where I had mounted them using the company double sided sticky tape. One  I had stuck to a wooden door support in my shed and one I had stuck to a porch aluminum door which slammed shut a little hard. This was an easy fix, the sensors come with screws, where the tape may not work well use the provided screws instead of the tape to mount your sensors. In fact unless you plan to take your system with you in a move I would just go ahead and use the screws to begin with! I would highly recommend the SimpiSafe System, not only is it reasonably priced I think it will give you more and better protection compared to the more expensive landline type systems. Also I have three dogs and their movement in the house has never set off the alarm, the company explains how to mount your motion sensors if you have pets. I wouldn't use a motion sensor in a room perhaps with a parrot, just use that sensor in a different room. The room would still be protected with your window or door sensors though. I highly recommend the SimpliSafe system. Oh, if you misplace your owner's manual you can just download another from the SimliSafe Website. One more thing, you should make a list of the sensor ID numbers and where you placed them. You may have to replace some of the batteries occasionally and the keypad will tell you if there is a problem with a sensor. Might be good to know which sensor has the problem! The batteries used are common ones you can find locally.
