Naples Master Bathroom Remodel

Everything was done professionally according to the contract using quality materials. The price and workmanship was outstanding when compared to an estimate from that big company that you see advertising on TV all the time. This is the second time we've used Sunrise. They also remodeled our kitchen last year and we are very happy.

Very involved before contract was signed. But did not keep the schedule proposed. Was 6 weeks late for completion

We would not recommend Fixation Remodel. What should have been a straightforward master bath renovation, turned out to be an 8-week headache. We feel an honest review serves as a public service to prospective clients. We could get into great detail as we documented the reno from beginning to end, but for the sake of time - we'll keep it brief. The tile sub and plumber seemed totally inexperienced and their work reflected that. Corners were cut regularly. Time was lost having to redo, re-plumb, repaint, re-drywall, etc. Emails and texts went ignored. The job site was a mess - i.e. razor blades, screws, nails on the floor, garbage left at days end. Simple requests went unheeded. We were very clear with the GC that we were in fact dissatisfied and that quality and workmanship were most important to us. This wasn't a flip. It's our family home which we intend to live in with our children for many years. One month in and the tile grout was totally falling out, faucet loose and a live electrical outlet was found between the interior and exterior walls, along with cardboard (!!). This was a well planned and expensive investment. As a homeowner, you entrust the General Contractor to provide oversight, coordination and ensure quality. He never even did a final walk through with us. Eight weeks of strangers in and out of our home. Our personal and professional lives were impacted. Save yourself some aggravation and select someone who we think deserves your business.

We had an awful master bathroom.   Configuration was all wrong, so Coconut Bay (Herman) came in with many, many great ideas and renderings.   Now we have the most wonderful, functional, and bright  bathroom.    We liked the crew who worked on our bathroom day in and day out.   You would have thought they were working in their own homes!    Every day a large amount of work was started - and completed.  At the end of the day, the entire construction area was cleaned up and ready to work in the next day.   Working with Coconut Bay was definitely a "Do".    There were no "Don'ts" on the part of Coconut Bay because they found a suitable/workable solution whenever a situation came up.   Scott, const. mgr., was easily contacted and came by often.   This was, by far, our best remodeling experience.   I can truly say on future remodeling projects,  we will be loyal customers - and only call Coconut Bay. The majority of situations/delays that came up were caused by the City of Cape Coral Code Inspection.   They gave us all fits!! 

I shopped around for contractors to do a major remodel on my house. I have lived in my home for 25 years and remodeled it 14 years ago; so I know how difficult living in a house while a remodel is taking place can be. I chose Salvia Tile and Stone to do my remodel because Vince and his staff seemed to be the most genuine and "real" people I came across during my search for a contractor. They said I could stay in my house during the remodel and they would do whatever was necessary to make me and my family comfortable. Also, them came in with a very competitive price. My remodel consisted of my master bedroom, closet and bathroom, pool bath, laundry room, living room and total redo on my pool area. The truth is you never know what you are going to get until it is underway and even then you never know how your contractor will treat you or react when a problem or difficulty occurs. I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for Vince and Salvia Tile and Stone because they not only did a great job from start to finish, they blew me away with their customer service and finished work. These guys put up a temporary separation wall between my remodel and where my family and I were still using the house. they also put in temporary portable air conditioners to make sure we were comfortable during the process. the rooms they did turned out to be better than my expectations. They finished the job early and actually did more then I contracted them for and did not charge me more money. It is almost impossible to find people like that these days. After I picked out my granite for my shower and vanity in my master bathroom, I waited too long to pull the trigger and when I finally made up my mind, the slabs I picked out were gone. I was so mad at myself for that stupid mistake. The only granite I could find that was similar was more expensive, higher level granite and I did not want to go over budget. Salvia got that granite for me and installed it beautifully and did not charge me anything additional. That was over the top. I also asked them to do numerous additional little things along the way and they were always happy to do whatever I asked of them. I expected a big "additional work" invoice at the end of the job and it did not come. That kind of service and commitment to customer satisfaction is so rare. If you are planning a remodel, I recommend you give Vince and Salvia Tile and Stone an opportunity to bid. Once you meet these guys, and girls, you may find it hard to believe they are really as nice as they seem, but it's true. I can't recommend them strongly enough! Thanks guys for an amazing remodel!

We got the estimate from Rui for our bathroom renovation on Mon., and he was able to start Wednesday. He sent us the list of materials, and we met up at HD. He was thorough, efficient, and gave us great recommendations. He started the job immediately and we were impressed at how quickly and neatly he did the work. Had the old tile removed the first day and was already tiling the bathroom the following day! He's organized and keeps the work area clean (as best he can), which I appreciate. Works tirelessly throughout the day, and timely arrives the next day. My husband and I are very pleased. And the bathroom is coming out great!

I hired Fixation to do a complete tear out and renovation of my bathroom. They were ALWAYS on the job, prompt, didn't over promise and provided a beautiful finished product. I will certainly use them again...

I manage several properties and have worked extensively with Jon Bucci and his company Apex Property Restoration for the past several years. Over that time, I’ve hired Apex Property Restoration for larger projects like kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior or interior repainting, cabinet installation, etc. And also a number of smaller things like appliance installation, baseboard installation, pressure washing, some carpentry work, screening, installation of fixtures/fans, painting, and a number of other miscellaneous repairs. I have been extremely satisfied with the results and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Jon Bucci listens carefully to his clients, and customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship are extremely important to him. He wants the customer to be happy and works very hard to make that happen. If you're looking for a company to assist you, these are the folks to hire.

I picked Handy Vets because I like that Craig Blume, owner, and Craig Cory work with Veterans. It was one the best renovation experiences we ever had! Craig C. is a true gentleman and he did a wonderful job! Craig is very knowledgeable and he is experienced in many fields, i.e. tiles, plumbing, electricity, etc. Plus, he is creative, discreet and very clean. He and Al made a great team working in our home. We could not be happier with the results of our new beautiful bathroom! Thank you!

Design was excellent. Workmanship very good. Happy with finished product. Sub contractors not always prompt and not always provided perfect work. Mistakes were always promptly fixed
