Recent Review: I have Sunrise on speed dial!! Recently had my second bathroom remodeling. Having viewed the work that Brian and his crew did for my neighbor.. Selecting Sunrise as my contractor was an easy decision. Brian took personal interest in each of my projects to insure that I was getting everything I wanted. He provided guidance for selecting flooring and materials and even ways to save some money!!His goal through out was to make me happy!! Workers were always prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating. I did not hesitate to at times leave them unattended in my home. They worked efficiently and always cleaned up. Special kudos to Jenn in the office who fielded my many calls and of course “Dave” who gave me the most beautiful shower door!

Recent Review: Have issues with 2 BAs ... shower fixtures installed improperly; no work correctly. When taking showers, there's 2-4" water on floor outside the doors. Mirrors were hung backwards. Holes behind fixtures were left unfilled, painted. For outside painting; excellent! The team rom upstate NY were very professional. updated 6/08/18 We finally got together; issues discussed; extended our stay at residence to get these outstanding issues resolved. Plumbing corrected in 2 MBAs; the showers doors will be addressed in next few days. Was I harsh? I didn't think so, but Mr. Garcia explained in-depth. Bottom-line ... like his integrity and honesty. Do think any contractor needs to return calls and/or texts in timely manner, not when they feel to. I'm the customer paying for services.

Recent Review: The sheetrock replacement took one day. Chuck was very professional and quick. When he left the sheetrock was in place and he had simulated a knockdown texture in one bath and orange peel in the other. We did the painting as we were painting the house. The tiling took a few days and we had a walk in shower and area surrounding a bathtub. Craig, did the tile. It turned out BEAUTIFUL the tile goes from the floor to the ceiling! Craig really knows how to tile and he takes such pride and care in the work he does. He worked hard. I don't recall him taking a lunch break or any break at all. He knew exactly how to mark-up the project prior to getting started. He knew exactly how much product we would need. There is no doubt Craig is an expert in tile. Craig was also able to deal with some unforeseen issues such as adjusting the walk in shower drain. My husband and I did the demolition prior to the job so we were able to save a little $$. We also had to have a plumber come in prior to the job as the plumbing was a disaster in both bathrooms.

Recent Review: We were told the materials would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Everything but the doors (which Rebath subcontracts) were ready in 4 weeks. The installer was here for 2-1/2 days and returned for another half day to install the shower doors. Our installer, Jonah, was terrific...he was on time, and covered all areas where he not only worked but had to walk in and out of the house. At the end of each work day he cleaned up all areas inside and outside of the house. We were totally satisfied with his work and the finished product.

Recent Review: This project included several high end fixtures which required his plumbing contractor additional time to install, which resulted in no additional cost. In addition, I requested additional work which John agreed to without hesitation. My experience with Boyette and Miller was very happy. John Boyette was always available when I called. He (and his companies) portion of the work was beyond reproach. I do have issues with one of his subcontractors, (Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings), They were given an authorization to order the tile for the project, but failed to do so for two weeks, which delayed the project. Second, the salesman did not give direction to the crew, (I was on vacation when the tile work started). The tile in the shower was installed wrong, and had to torn up and redone, additional delays. I will, without hesitation, use John Boyette on my next project.

Recent Review: Our bathroom is transformed!!! Wow! Every positive characteristic of the kind of company that succeeds and gathers loyal customers as continual references is embodied in Ageless Tile & Marble. We just cannot praise them enough to do them justice! They were professional, highly skilled, extremely courteous and respectful, and underlying it all, they CARED very much about the finished product! Manuel, the owner answered immediately upon first call and quickly squeezed us into his schedule for an estimate; which was very fair and reasonable, especially for the unexpected superior end-result we received! Throughout the entire process Manny was available to us by phone and text regardless of the day or hour with the customer satisfaction tone evident in his voice, and he continually came to inspect the quality and progress of the job. Such comprehensive quality and excellence in a company is rare these days and we are extremely grateful to have found them! They are highly recommended in the posted Angie's List reviews which is what draws new customers like us to contact them, and they have earned and deserve every satisfied and heart-felt word that is written!!! Oh, and did I mention… our new bathroom looks absolutely stunning!!! Thank you so much Ageless Tile and Marble, you were everything we were looking for and even more than we hoped you would be!!!

Recent Review: Joey Freeman is an amazing artist when it comes to ceramic tile. He returned my calls promptly and did what he promised and more in the time he told us. The remodel was difficult and dusty, but the crew was very professional and cleaned up daily then thoroughly following completion of the work. We opted for the minimum grout lines which was more expensive, but as you can see from the before and after pics, well worth the extra expense. Freeman is just one of many great professionals that we have found on Angie's List.

Recent Review: I had received an estimate prior to work being performed. The owner assured me that this was a firm quote. After job completed, tried to charge me an extra $75--we settled on $50 more. The shower door itself was installed properly. However, I had just had my bathroom remodeled and they broke a tile and damaged the wall adjacent to shower door in two places. They did not offer to repair the damages that they caused to my home! Owner was not concerned when I talked to him. Would not hire a 2nd time.

CRe-Bath
I saw an ad in the local newspaper for Re-Bath with a coupon for $200 off if I went to the showroom on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. I was told that a salesman would have to come out to measure my shower to determine the price. The salesman Tim Herrell arrived on time and gave me a price of $5300.00 after all discounts were applied and after haggling a bit, we arrived at a price of $5000.00. This seems very expensive as the shower is less than 5 feet long by 4 feet wide and 8 feet tall. (There is no bathtub). I agreed to the price and was told that it would take a month for the materials to arrive. I signed a contract with Re-Bath and gave them 50% down. The contract also included a clause that they were not responsible if doors and windows did not fit after installation. Ron the installer arrived about a month later to put in the new shower walls and floor. After the installation, the pivot shower door no longer fit due to the thickness of the product. A new door from Re-Bath would have been another $750 dollars. I felt that I should have been given another option such as putting the product up to where the shower door would have gone and left the tiles exposed as you enter the shower. That did not happen and I had to order a new shower door from Home Depot. The walls entering the shower (about 6 inches on each side) also had issues. The right wall is at an angle from top to bottom and the left wall bowed out about 3/4 of an inch starting a foot from the top. Ron did come back out and partially corrected the bowing. Now it only bows out for the top 4 inches. There is a large window in the shower stall and Ron framed it in with the product. The order only came with 4 corner pieces (with a rosette pattern) but 6 were needed. So 2 of them are plain while the other 4 have the rosette pattern. I was told this would be corrected. I have spoken and left a message for Tim the salesman regarding this and nothing has been done. More than 2 months have passed since the installation. Fortunately, my handyman was able to install the new shower door even with the angled wall and the bowing near the top. In conclusion, would I spend $5000 (+ $550 for the new shower door) to do this again? I doubt it. The product is very nice, but there must be a cheaper solution.

It went very well. Todd picked up the shower door from supplier and delivered it to my home to install. He was right on time and worked steadily for approx. 3 hours removing and installing. He had to scrape and clean the silicone from the old shower door off the tiles which took considerable time. The installation was perfect. He cleaned up and actually took my old shower door away for me at no extra cost. He came back in the afternoon and installed a deadbolt on my garage door to yard and made 4 poles to secure my sliders for $65.00 including materials. I would certainly recommend him highly. This is the second time I have used him. First time was outstanding as well.

I contacted Scott on Thursday and described the issues listed above. He was very flexible regarding the times and was able to accommodate my tenant by providing service on Saturday morning. Scott assessed the tasks and took care of them the same day. He was very professional and easy to work with. I will use Scott again in the future.
