Recent Review: Al and I had discussed many projects over the course of several months for our previous home.  We decided to purchase my husband's 60 year old family home and so the focus moved to the 'new' home.  We met a couple of times to discuss the job and scope the project out and Al was always on time and very professional.  I appreciated his patience as I asked for yet another tweak to the plan.   After finalizing the scope, Al and the crew (all family members) began work in mid-December.  The complete gut of the kitchen and 'master' bath entailed removing what were exterior walls (remodels had made the walls 'interior' walls, relocating plumbing and removing ceilings.  Throughout the process Al or Rob frequently consulted with me as issues or questions arose.  They were very creative when it came to solving the many challenges we faced during this project.  Let's face it, a sixty year old home with plaster walls and previous remodels that were not exactly completed correctly provided for some interesting times.  Through it all I never doubted they would figure out a quality solution.  I very quickly came to value the recommendations they made with respect to the project such as when it made sense to take out a ceiling versus trying to repair it.  Al always had a smile and a "we can do that" response when I asked for one more thing.  Al didn't seem to mind too badly the texts at odd hours or on weekends when I thought of a question or had a concern.  The end result is a place which my husband and I plan to have as our last home.  The home is small; with their help I feel we maximized its potential. As others have said, they always arrived time, were professional and left the work site neat, which they didn't necessarily need to do since we weren't living in the house.  In order to be available to answer those ever present questions, I worked out of the house and the guys were very respectful of this situation.   With respect to the cost, I rated Integrity Builders a B simply because I didn't speak with anyone else and I felt the price was very fair considering the effort and quality.  They had completed work for two of my neighbors and that was good enough for me.  I am also very confident that they didn't nickel and dime me for every little thing...if they could work in a small request while they were already here they did.  Furthermore, Al recommended quality contractors for work such as electrical and heating/cooling; it seems quality and integrity attract the same.  In the end, this was a 3 month adventure we will embark upon again.  Our funds ran out before our projects; Integrity Builders will definitely be back.

Recent Review: When we bought this 1926 Mediterranean Revival home in the Lake Eola Heights historic district of Orlando in 2012, we were aware of some possible water issues with the front corner of the house. We initially hired Randall to convert a carport under the guest apartment in back into a garage and to screen in the porch in the back of the main house. He soon helped us discover the extent of what turned out to be major structural damage in the front of the house. Over the next 18 months, Randall, his son Eric, and their crews worked diligently to rebuild the house into what is now a beautiful, solid home in a wonderful downtown neighborhood. He shored up the foundation, rebuilt the dining room, master bedroom tower and second-floor sun-porch off of the master bedroom, finished the garage and the screened in the porch, all to our satisfaction. Toward the end of the project, Randall also refurbished and reinstalled a French-door style balcony window off of the second-floor back bedroom. We salvaged the original windows from the dining room and master bedroom tower during the demolition. After refurbishing them, Randall reinstalled the original windows into the newly build structures for a nice blend of old and new. This renovation was expensive, but we believe it was absolutely necessary in order to save a wonderful home in one of Orlando's beautiful historic districts. We are grateful to have had Randall there as an honest and hardworking contractor to help us through every step. We would highly recommend him for your general contracting needs. Respectfully, Ryan Burri and Fumiko Coppard

Once I got them to come measure as I didn't trust myself to do it accurately, everything was great. Ian measured and assured that it could be done. I was not even home when they came to install it but they did it quickly, neatly, accurately and did not leave any mess behind. It has served me very well.

FSHEDS PLUS OF KISSIMMEE
I paid a deposit and my credit card was charged for the balance on the first day they were supposed to come. They didn't show up for the next 2 appointed times so I canceled. They insisted I had to pay a 20% cancellation fee and I'm still waiting for the final refund to my credit card. The contractor I subsequently hired measured accurately; Sheds Plus did not and I would've had the wrong size carport.

I am enclosing a carport to make it a garage. I called DGD to find out what size to make the door opening and had planned to buy a door, opener, and installation from them. The woman who answered the phone said she didn't know the size so I requested she have someone call me, perhaps an installer that could let me know the right size to make the opening. She basically refused to help me in any way, saying they would only talk to me after the garage was built.  She explained they could use fillers to make the door fit.I explained since we were building the opening, it seemed more logical to make it the right size so the door would fit easily. In any case, the interaction was unsatisfactory so I just called someone else and they were happy to help. Obviously, I will have them do the door, etc
