Recent Review: From the initial phone call to the end work, it was very good. The person who answered the phone was knowledgable and courteous, asked questions, made an appointment that was timely. Told me that the tech would call on his way. The tech David and his assistant, called, showed up in time, assessed the job, gave me an estimate on the time it would take. Did the work. I had one glitch and that it the specs for the spa were misinterpreted probably due to an assumption.The same team came back and made the correction. Again, very courteous. When I called the dispatcher assured me that they would make it right. Also, David reminded me that I Qualified for an Angie's List $25 reduction on my bill. The bill for the parts and labor was $500. A bit higher than I estimated, but I am confident that the work is quality.
