Recent Review: I terminated them because of the way they were treating me. They were pulling some junk, and cut corners. I said no. I dealt with them for years. I paid for a service contract, so they come out to service the unit twice a year.I didn't have to pay for anything except changing the filters. I got five filters in my house. Five return airs, plus the humidifier. I understand that. Them wanted to charge me for pulling another almost $300 to pull the coil to clean it, when they didn't have to. That was my issue. Then they were putting too much emphasis on speed. If you can do a job quick and good is fine, but when you sacrifice for speed to get int and out, then I have a problem. I would rather the company bill me x number of time, and bill me for that. They take the time to do it, than rather I can do it in four hours, and shave two hours off of it to make extra money. That is an hypothetical thing. Don't tell me I can do it within two hours, and charge me two hours, and do it within an hour and a half, and do a poor job. The service part was paid for in the service contract. The air seal and duct cleaning was something else. They were I felt somebody who has been dealing with them for since probably 06 07 probably, maybe 08, I was dealing with them for a long time. They did all the electrical in my house. I did upgrades to my house. They upgraded the electrical services, panels all in my house. They serviced my A/C, and replaced my A/C at one point, and charged me about half from another company. I had the A/C replaced twice. I hadn't had a complaint with them. I was very satisfied with them, up until that point. Then they tried to pull the wool over my eyes, and try to cheat me service. They weren't completely honest about that. That was my only bad experience with them. They ran an heat pump to my pool. The tech messed up my microwave, and they did replace my microwave. I don't have an issue with them. That was an plus. The air conditioner is the only bad thing. I think its fair, given student grades in class. They had A's up to that point, and they flunked and knocked them back to an C. The work in general was ok, its the fact they said they cleaned the coil, and then they didn't, and charge me for pulling it when they didn't have to in the first place. It was kind of like taking advantage. They were contemptible. I may have gotten a better price, since I have been with them for so long, but I don't know that. They sacrificed quality for speed. They always been responsive, every time they service the A/C. They were punctual, and were better than punctual. If they said nine, they would be there a little earlier, which is fine. I rather them be a little early than late. If they are late, they will call and say they will be here a little late. In that aspect, they were good. When I fist started with them, I thought professionalism was really there. After this last incident, they like I said started cutting corners. I told them if it takes you all day, please take all day. I am not in no hurry. It was like they had to get it done in an short amount of time. For whatever reason. I have already got somebody else to do mine. A friend of mine does A/C work.
