Recent Review: Williams installed a mini split system for us in an old, curvy North Valley Adobe (walls generally neither square or plumb) whose venting had collapsed as originally installed under concrete slab in river bed silt. Williams was great at every step of the process in determining best heating solution given site and structural challenges: the sales process was patient, informative and consultive (Annette/Mike); the installation folks (Anthony/Alex) were friendly, professional and very conscientious with our property and animals during three day installation; when a structural challenge arose as part of the installation, an owner and field services manager quickly responded and resolved!! Finally, the mini-split equipment required an electrical system/panel upgrade which Williams and their subcontractor (Add-on Electric--Jesus, Manuel and Isaac) handled seamlessly and did an impressive job of reorganizing (and labeling) several decades of obvious electrical system neglect. For anyone facing a failing heating/cooling dilemma, mini splits make significant economic and environmental sense. Our primary reservation when considering mini splits was aesthetics thinking that equipment would be obtrusive. Thankfully, within days of the installation we no longer realize they are there or operating (perk--extremely quiet system).
