Labelle Fireplcae Cleaning

Called before arriving and arrived on time. Kept area clean and free of odors. Sang me the chimney sweep song upon finishing.  Explained the defects he found and how to make the repairs. Offered estimates on his charges to make the corrections. Mostly how to clean the exterior of chimney and preventing rain from blowing down the chimney.

Inspection of fireplace and chimney, including associated parts.  Demonstrated operation of damper. General concerns, recommendations for upkeep, fire building and optimum function.  Cleaned chimney and fireplace.  Eric and Jason were both very professional, fast and very clean.  Everything was cleaned up after they were finished, cleaner than when they arrived.  They provided an invoice with a report on their findings and a diagram that provided a visual reference of items noted. 

Had water leaking into home and garage and roofers could not find leak and only thing left was the possibility of the bricks becoming po pouris . Joe recommended putting a chimney cover on top and sealing the chicago brick chimney. We have had some pretty heavy rain latly and no leaks so far . Wbile he was there he cleaned chimney inside and was very neat in not making any kind of mess. We did already recommend Joe to our neighbor who has same problem.
