Recent Review: Excellent! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional! The oven is very large so they sent 2 people and had the tools and other items needed to get the oven out of the wall without any damage to my cabinets. Will definitely use again!

Recent Review: In late August I called about my dishwasher because the on-off button was not working and about my wall oven because it would heat up but then the temp would not hold, it would gradually drift lower. The repairs were just completed in late October, part of the delay was due to ordering the wrong parts. They required 4 home visits, plus 2 appointments that the technician failed to keep. The cost was over $1200; I had to call twice to get a statement and then an explanation of items that were left off the statement. On the positive side, the technicians and office staff were friendly and polite, and the finished work was done correctly. I would not use them again however because of the 2 month delay in getting repairs and having to schedule 6 separate home appointments.

Recent Review: I had called All Appliance Repair as we had used them in the past to replace a motor on a dishwasher.  George has been in the business for a long time and knows all the different types of appliances and the caveats associated with them.  Our refrigerator is original with the house (1996) - a side by side GE Monogram built in.  We had noticed that when getting water from the in-door dispenser that it was dribbling after filling a cup.  This started over the holidays so we didn't have time to sort it out at that time.  Then last week I came home to a wet kitchen floor (hardwood) and the wood was buckling from the water.  I called AAP and they came out promptly the next day.  I was told that the problem was a crack in the line going to the dispenser (hence the dribbling from the dispenser).  He said that it would take a couple of people to move the fridge and that he would contact me for a return visit. The told me not to use the dispenser anymore to avoid any further water leaking. They came today right on time and when they moved the fridge, George and Mike saw that a copper tube was about to break (more water problems) so they went to Ace and got what was needed to fix that too.  They fixed everything and there was no damage to the wood floors from moving the fridge out from the wall.  On a separate issue, George had come out previously to fix the oven and because it was over the holidays we waited on that too. So he took the circuit board from the oven today and is contacting a colleague of his in Oklahoma to see if it can be fixed (rather that replacing the wall oven).  So have been very pleased with the service.  I thought the cost was reasonable and they did give me the Angie's discount.

Big combo nuker and convection oven (2 units all in one big heavy box) needed repair, big oven would not heat on any setting.  This happened following a self clean.  There is a thermal fuse that often blows from the self-clean heat, known issue with the Kitchen Aid.  Ordered the fuse but could not get the unit out of the cabinet.  Bob came, grabbed one side and gave it a jerk, and it moved.  a minute later it was out.  He did some disassemble so he could access the fuse, tested and verified it was blown, replaced with mine.  Reassembled, tested, shoved back in cabinet, tidied all up, made a last test of all functions.  Very pleasant and knowledgeable guy.   Only (very small) negatives were:  Took 24 hours to get a call back.  And then about 9 days for the service appointment.  However, he is a one man show, excellent reputation, so for me, waiting was worthwhile.  The nuker does include a regular convection oven, and I use my Big Green Egg for most stuff anyway, so this didn't kill me.  I think the guy is worth waiting for.  As for the price, it seems high, but this kind of business has a lot of overhead, and really skilled appliance techs are a rare thing these days.  All in all, I say it's worth it.

They removed the old oven and put in a new one.  The new oven wasn't tall enough so they suggested a carpenter to install molding to cover it. They offered an alternative, to put 2x4's on the bottom and rest the oven on top, to raise the height.  I didn't have 2x4s, so they used 4 bricks instead.  Although I agreed to let them put the bricks in there, I am not a professional, so I trusted them to do it correctly.  They put the bricks on the perimeter, but not along the whole bottom of the oven.  As they were drilling the oven screws in I heard one of the techs say "that's the best it's going to get."  I should have realized what that meant ... when I saw it it looked ok, until I saw the 2 inch gap now on the BOTTOM.  They were going to leave it like that, saying you couldn't really see it b/c of the steel oven molding.  It was my idea to use another piece of steel molding that came with the oven. They screwed that into the wall, then they were done.  I asked them about the silver screws they used (instead of the black screws that came with the oven), and they said the screws had gotten stripped.  Here are the things that I have a problem with: 1. I later found a black screw in the pantry - so clearly they had misplaced it during install but failed to admit that. 2. They 'tested' the oven, but in fact, did not test long enough - because after they left I realized that the oven didn't work - it took 1 hour to preheat. 3. A Whirpool technician came out to see the oven and told me it was bad install job - he said the oven was not vertically level, so it was actually not flush with the wall - and there was a small gap on one side between the oven and the wall so you could see the cut out.  He also said that if the oven is not resting on a flat surface, the auto clean mode will cause a fuse to blow - something to do with the metal moving on the bottom or something - either way, he said it was bad bad bad that the bricks were not all the way across the bottom, supporting it. 4.  They scratched my wood floor by the garage door, probably when they were carrying the oven inside.  I noticed this before they left but didn't say anything.  What am I going to say?  And what could they do? Nothing. When I called them back to tell them about the job and how the Whirpool guy said it wasn't a good install, they told me that because I agreed to use the bricks, there was nothing they could do.  Yes, they were trying to help me avoid using a carpenter, but a professional would have tried the bricks, realized that maybe it wasn't the best method and just stopped and said they really couldn't do it the way they were supposed to.  It would have been inconvenient, but at least the oven would have been supported properly and screwed into the wall correctly.  And they would have kept my trust in them.   I wanted their help to remove the oven, to compensate for the job they did but they would only do it for a service fee.  So I won't be using this company again.

Called them over two months ago. I had a broken hinge on one oven and my other wall oven wouldn't get hot. Was told someone would be here the following day in the morning. Waited all day, nobody came. Called them back a few days later and was told  the serviceman didn't know which building I live in. George said "i should have called you". They finally came out and said parts would have to be ordered. I waited at least 3 weeks and then called them. They had the hinge but ordered the wrong part for my wall oven. George said he would check on it the next day and give me a call. That was almost 2 weeks ago and he has yet to call me. I left a message this morning and told him to forget it, I am calling something else.

Casey and Sam were exceptionally polite and professional. They came at the time they promised. I have already scheduled another repair with them. I would not use anyone but them in the future. Their price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure having someone as honest as they were. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

They were very professional, and they were able to tell me whether or not it would be cheaper or more time effective to go directly to the international Samsung company or use them, and it was more affordable to use them as they said after I inquired with Samsung directly.
