Recent Review: I call Wade based on the excellent reviews and reputation. But he end up refer the job to another drywall contractor. I was able to set up a same day estimate. He was polite and professional during estimate. We agree on $1000 to put on drywall in one shower, repair a number of drywall holes from demolition on bathtub and countertop in 3 bathrooms. He suggested to use green boards in the showers but I insists on using cement boards. He agrees to it at the end. To my little surprise, he picked up drywall wall, mud, etc from homedepot rather than having his inventory. He was picking up just enough concrete boards because of the budget but end up making a second trip next day to pick up more. He worked for two 8 hours day, wait a day for the mud to dry and work for 3 more hours the fourth day. Basically about 20 hours of labor. Although I think is a decent hourly rate, he was clearly felt under paid. The finish was good but the whole time I can feel his attitude. Won't use AAA again.

AORANGE PARK DRYWALL
We were extremely impressed with this company. From the first contact they have been extremely professional and had great follow through and attention to detail. The work was outstanding and the workers were very thorough and meticulous with every part of the job. They also ensured that cleanup was complete, everything was put back in place, and that we were satisfied with the work before they left. The walls and ceiling look great! We will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them.

AThe Total Package Home Repair LLC
This past summer our AC drain pipe broke and leaked inside our home causing water damage. After getting the area dried, we needed the wall to be repaired. Jose was polite, punctual and professional through the entire process. He kept us updated throughout the day as the project moved along. In the end, the room looked better than it did before the work was done. We were very happy with his work and will definitely be hiring him for more jobs in the future. Highly recommended!

AIsland Paint & More LLC
Everything went great! In July 2018, we had 3 large rooms painted, extensive wood damage repaired, and drywall repaired. Mike was incredibly responsive to scheduling a time for a quote and a time for the work. All workers were professional, communicative, and prompt. We are very happy with the final product. No complaints. We will use again for paint and repair. We are glad we used a local company and got great results.

Pretty busy company. Had to schedule a week out. Ron Prior came out and did the work. Nice guy. I had a leak in a room with carpet and I had to cut away some of the drywall where the water had wicked up. it was maybe15 square feet of repair total. Ron pointed out that one of the studs had been damaged by previous termites so I authorized him to reinforce it. Also, my drywall was 5/8ths as opposed to 1/2 inch which required him to go to home depot. My first issue is that they charged me for the time to go to home depot and get the drywall. Poor form in my opinion, but I paid it. Second issue is that I requested the work to be done to the level of "ready to paint." Ron had told my wife that he was going to sand and then told me that he hasn't sanded for 30 years as it's messy. He just feathers the skim coat in. On my final walk through, I couldn't really assess it as it was wet with the skim. When it did dry, I had to sand it to get it to the right finish. If not sanding was the right way to go in repairing drywall, then all the guys in the industry would do it that way, they do not and it's for good reason. So the price was a bit high and the work took much longer than expected and thus more expensive. Ron stated that was due to the 5/8ths issue. Again, nice fella, helpful comments. cleaned up after himself. But I won't be choosing this company again.

Joey completed the drywall renovation of a room we have. He floated the two wall repairs to a smooth paintable finish.

ACKC Painting & Remodeling
It was a pleasant experience to do business with CKC. The contractor arrived promptly at the designated time. The work was performed thoroughly and in a very professional manner. CKC was informative as to how they were going to perform the wallpaper removal and drywall repair. After the work was done, CKC cleaned up and left no debris. I would definitely use CKC again.

Very responsive. However, at the end of the job when I painted, you can see the patching. Bummer.

Great! Joe gave lots of tips on our plans to paint (we have old paint on walls - maybe from 1980s) and do other repairs. We are considering hiring him for interior painting. Helped re-mount devices after drywall holes fixed behind them. I ran over to Ace to pick up small anchors for the screws to mount devices and had no worries about leaving the house while he worked (part of the damage to drywall he fixed was due to recent burglary where they removed TV from wall mount). He's got amazing skill and experience which makes him a wealth of information and he does quality work.
