The price was good, installation quick (but flawed) and follow-up service are poor. The first flaw we noticed was that the air handlers were installed so tight that it is impossible to take out the filter without ripping it to pieces, most of the time we could not even insert the filter properly so we had to switch to air-grille return filters. After 6 months, we noticed water leaking through the ceiling downstairs (from the upstairs unit) and called their after-hour emergency service. They told us that a tech was on the way, but he never showed up. The next day, they looked at the unit and found out the overflow sensor was not properly installed and the drain pipe clogged.... Several months later the unit lost cooling power and they had to refill coolant (which is not covered by the warranty). The tech added a dye to check for leaks, and when the same issue occurred a month later, they figured out that the inside coil was leaking. The new coil was supposed to be installed the next morning,... nobody showed, but the technician was nice enough to call in the afternoon and let us know that they will get the coil on Friday and will install it on Monday. Monday came and went, nobody showed up or even called. I called Tuesday morning and was told that they would look into it and call me back... of course they never did. They will probably come sometime this week, but there is no telling with these guys. One of their techs is very nice and knowledgeable (Tom, I think is his name) but their office and overall customer service is terrible! Whatever they tell you, it won't happen unless you call them back 3 or 4 times.
