STELLAR RAY ALVAREZ FLOOR
Recent Review: The owner did the measuring himself. He would check onsite occassionaly and would call if there were time changes. I always felt like I knew what was going on. Initially I appreciated the salesperson in the store suggesting I take the carpet and wood samples home before choosing colours. I was surprised but I did change my mind on the colours once I saw them in the light of my own home.

OCEAN FLOORS OF THE KEYS INC
Recent Review: At the outset of the project, they were the flooring sub-contractors for the builder who was in charge of our remodeling project (D'Asign Source - also of Marathon). When they saw the condition of the old sub-floor, they told the builder that it needed to be leveled before installing the new floor. The builder chose to instruct them to go ahead and install the new floor without leveling the sub-floor first. On completion of the installation, the new bamboo floor was "spongy" and sank up to 1/2" in numerous places. We declined to accept the floor and chose to have Ocean Floors install a "new" new floor over the "old" new floor. They finished the installation a couple of days ago and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
