Recent Review: There are two stages to the service delivered by the company. First, came the sales rep to look at the space and estimate what size unit we needed to replace the old one. He was good, but could have given us more complete information--such as, what is the cost of the HVAC units that comply with Energy Star criteria? What would be our savings by sending more or less money at the purchase; what would be our savings by buying a qualified energy-saving unit and how much tax credit we would get for it? The salesman went right to the cheapest unit that did not qualify. Presenting a choice to the customer would be preferable. On the other hand, the service people were great. They went in while we were out of town, took away the old unit and installed the new one. We came back to town and the work was done. There was no sign of anyone having been there.
