AShillem Specialties Inc
When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub, shower, cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! Hard to find such service anymore! He was friendly and took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home improvements.

AELMORE ELECTRICAL CO
Mr. Elmore was referred to us as part of a list of potential electrical contractors by our realtor. After two other estimates (lower than Mr. Elmore's) and an in-depth conversation with him where he answered all my questions and satisfied my hesitence at hiring anyone to work on a historic home, his conversation and demeanor with me won me over to his his bid. I have absolutely no regrets. His work product was fantastic. Being an absentee owner of this property I was pleaseantly surprised to return after several months away to find a perfect job. I couldn't be happier and refer Elmore electric to everyone who asks. Honest work for honest pay goes a long way with me, even if it cost a bit more. They even re-wired an elevator...yes the home has a very old elevator!, and I don't recall asking him to do that!

I was expecting the worse because it was the Florida Keys (everything is SLOWER in the Keys!) but it went quite quickly and efficiently. They said they could have it done in a month (with us living there) and they did! They removed all the old cabinetry, front room/ kitchen flooring and removed a whole wall from the kitchen. It was a dusty mess but they removed the debris which was not an easy job because we are on the 3rd floor...everything got taken down in an elevator. All rules of the condo were obeyed and there were no complaints from anyone. There were two working owners, Joe and Dave and two younger guys (the owner's sons). Joe was the computer/paperwork owner that also physically helped. I would communicate with Joe via email almost every day...he was quick to respond which made things coordinate better. All contracts/construction agreements and permits were coordinated by Joe. Dave was the true craftsman of the job and his two sons were polite, hardworking guys. Dave was a skilled workman...he knew his stuff and did good quality work. I purchased the kitchen cabinets from Kitchen & Bath Specialists in Tavernier, FL. They supplied the cabinets and the installation of the cabinets. Another construction company in town said that we could NOT be present during the construction and it would take approx. 3 months. My husband and I HAD to be there because we retired from our electrical contracting business...construction is us! When you are not there, change orders increase and you usually do not get what you wanted...plus they can just take their good old time. It was a pain in the neck to be there, but we had to and I highly suggest it. Too many decisions and changes would have been made without us. Overall, the job went great and I would recommend Permit Construction. Our kitchen looks fantastic.
