Lonnie showed up the first day and got his men started. He left the site, the house was to be pressure washed. but it was never pressure washed. When we questioned Lonny he said it would be done the next day, it was never done. A stucco man came in and removed ban and re-stuccoed area The house was to be sealed and when I got home it was hit and miss the part of our home that faced south was sealed, when we asked Lonny he said he decided to put the sealer in the paint. I'm sure it never happened, and when I talked to Sherwin Williams they said that it was not recommended. When I came home the next day some of the old paint had bubbled and Lonny had the stucco man re-stucco, instead of pressure washing , which is what it need. Lonny and his crew disappeared for several days and my husband had to make numerous calls to get them back to the job. When I questioned Lonny again about the prep work he said it had all been done and his work was guaranteed. They started painting the soffit and when I got home they were painting it the wrong color, my husband called Lonny, Lonny got really nasty and said that it was the color I had picked. My husband had been there when I picked the colors, so he made Lonny change it. His guys sprayed the soffit, and put it on to thick and it dripped, when I asked about it they said it would be fixed. they disappeared again for another few days. My husband called on several occasions and Lonny's crew showed up days later. Lonny always said he would be there the next day but never showed up for two and three days at a time. When they sprayed the soffit they over sprayed my wrought iron gate, it was never re-painted by them. When they painted the pool area they got paint all over the deck when asked, Lonny rubbed on the paint until deck paint came off, I repainted the deck. Lonnie was to also paint the drip line of new roof, as Lonnie had asked to spray soffit before new roof went on, so he wouldn't have to worry about over spray. He never came back to paint it. When it came time to paint doors it was late Thursday afternoon. Lonny decided not to take doors off and the overspray got on my bedroom furniture, I cleaned it up. Lonny took all the weather stripping off the doors, so he could close them. He showed up late the next day and wanted to be paid I walked with him and said there were things that need to be done, touch-ups and putting back the weather stripping. Lonny got really nasty , he actually scared me. I closed the door and told him to come back when my husband got home. Lonny did come back but he was very NASTY and my husband had to stand over him. We paid Lonny with the understanding the work was guaranteed, about two weeks later we started noticing paint bubbling on the west side of our house, and a lot of areas where the stucco had not been patched, also rust coming through doors that had not been primed. Lonny came over and said he wasn't going to fix it and he didn't care who we contacted.
