Recent Review: Everything was done better than we ever imagined. Tub was taken out of guest bath and a beautiful tile, rimless glass shower door installed, beautiful rain shower, etc. Master bath had corner tub, removed, added stand alone soaker tub, all travertine walk-in shower, window added. Kitchen is a dream!! His idea of crown molding really made the place "pop". We are snow birds, and when we leave for the season I always think of more things I want him to do. He never disappoints!!! He's not just our contractor, he has become a friend.

Ageless Tile & Marble
Award 2018Super Service Award
Recent Review: Our bathroom is transformed!!! Wow! Every positive characteristic of the kind of company that succeeds and gathers loyal customers as continual references is embodied in Ageless Tile & Marble. We just cannot praise them enough to do them justice! They were professional, highly skilled, extremely courteous and respectful, and underlying it all, they CARED very much about the finished product! Manuel, the owner answered immediately upon first call and quickly squeezed us into his schedule for an estimate; which was very fair and reasonable, especially for the unexpected superior end-result we received! Throughout the entire process Manny was available to us by phone and text regardless of the day or hour with the customer satisfaction tone evident in his voice, and he continually came to inspect the quality and progress of the job. Such comprehensive quality and excellence in a company is rare these days and we are extremely grateful to have found them! They are highly recommended in the posted Angie's List reviews which is what draws new customers like us to contact them, and they have earned and deserve every satisfied and heart-felt word that is written!!! Oh, and did I mention… our new bathroom looks absolutely stunning!!! Thank you so much Ageless Tile and Marble, you were everything we were looking for and even more than we hoped you would be!!!

Recent Review: Joey Freeman is an amazing artist when it comes to ceramic tile. He returned my calls promptly and did what he promised and more in the time he told us. The remodel was difficult and dusty, but the crew was very professional and cleaned up daily then thoroughly following completion of the work. We opted for the minimum grout lines which was more expensive, but as you can see from the before and after pics, well worth the extra expense. Freeman is just one of many great professionals that we have found on Angie's List.

Pocchi Construction Inc
Recent Review: From start to finish, we had excellent service from Tony Pocchi. In October, We called two other companies for estimates. One company gave us a complete runaround and we were never able to get a final estimate. They would keep changing the price and adding things we had to pay for separately. The second company was too expensive. We saw Tony's ad in the paper and we checked him out on Angie's list and gave him a call. He listened carefully, walked around and took measurements, and then sat down and gave us an estimate. He was pleasant and professional. A few days later we signed a contract with him. He was ready to start within a week, but we didn't want him to start until we went back home. We picked out the cabinets, tile and faucets and left the house to him. We communicated by cellphone and when we arrived in January, the house was beautiful. The work was phenomenal and the house was immaculate. We had a few tiny issues and when we called him he came right out to address them. He told us that he would stand by his work and he does. Here is what he did for us, all materials were included. Master bath: take out all existing cabinets, tub, sinks, closet, toilet and windows. Remove tile in master shower and on the floor of the bathroom and old shower door. Install new tile on floor and in shower, install new cabinets, sinks, tub, shower door, faucets, toilet, mirrors and new glass block window Hall bath: take out tub, shower door, cabinet, sink and toilet. Remove tile in tub area. Created a new shower in the old tub space. Installed new shower tile, shower door, vanity, sink, faucets, mirror and toilet Powder room: removed old cabinet, toilet and mirror. Installed new cabinet, vessal sink, faucet, mirror and toilet. During the process, we also asked him to install a water shut off valve to the house and repair a cracked ceiling in our outdoor eating area. This was done for a nominal additional charge. When I redo the kitchen, I will definitely be calling Tony.

Re-Bath
Recent Review: We were told the materials would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Everything but the doors (which Rebath subcontracts) were ready in 4 weeks. The installer was here for 2-1/2 days and returned for another half day to install the shower doors. Our installer, Jonah, was terrific...he was on time, and covered all areas where he not only worked but had to walk in and out of the house. At the end of each work day he cleaned up all areas inside and outside of the house. We were totally satisfied with his work and the finished product.

ABBEY CARPET & FLOOR AT PATRICIA'S
Recent Review: This is my second project with Abbey Tiles and I can not say enough about the quality of service and dedication of their crew, specially Lisa Belknap who got out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and even negotiated lower prices on my behalf for the glass shower doors just to save me money and keep the project on budget. Would definitely hire them again for the third time on my next project.

CRe-Bath
I saw an ad in the local newspaper for Re-Bath with a coupon for $200 off if I went to the showroom on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. I was told that a salesman would have to come out to measure my shower to determine the price. The salesman Tim Herrell arrived on time and gave me a price of $5300.00 after all discounts were applied and after haggling a bit, we arrived at a price of $5000.00. This seems very expensive as the shower is less than 5 feet long by 4 feet wide and 8 feet tall. (There is no bathtub). I agreed to the price and was told that it would take a month for the materials to arrive. I signed a contract with Re-Bath and gave them 50% down. The contract also included a clause that they were not responsible if doors and windows did not fit after installation. Ron the installer arrived about a month later to put in the new shower walls and floor. After the installation, the pivot shower door no longer fit due to the thickness of the product. A new door from Re-Bath would have been another $750 dollars. I felt that I should have been given another option such as putting the product up to where the shower door would have gone and left the tiles exposed as you enter the shower. That did not happen and I had to order a new shower door from Home Depot. The walls entering the shower (about 6 inches on each side) also had issues. The right wall is at an angle from top to bottom and the left wall bowed out about 3/4 of an inch starting a foot from the top. Ron did come back out and partially corrected the bowing. Now it only bows out for the top 4 inches. There is a large window in the shower stall and Ron framed it in with the product. The order only came with 4 corner pieces (with a rosette pattern) but 6 were needed. So 2 of them are plain while the other 4 have the rosette pattern. I was told this would be corrected. I have spoken and left a message for Tim the salesman regarding this and nothing has been done. More than 2 months have passed since the installation. Fortunately, my handyman was able to install the new shower door even with the angled wall and the bowing near the top. In conclusion, would I spend $5000 (+ $550 for the new shower door) to do this again? I doubt it. The product is very nice, but there must be a cheaper solution.
