Everything went well on the first installation. On the second one, the wholesale supplier gave another contractor a part that was ordered for my system. This caused a couple of days' delay. Then the remote processor turned out to be defective, which led to an additional delay of a few days. Finally, the internet monitoring was not supported by Google Chrome, the browser I usually use; so it was set up using Mozilla Firefox and works just fine on Mozilla. I can sign in on Google Chrome but cannot play any of the video clips. The Android apps work well on both my smartphone and my tablet. I had minor problems with alarm sensors not staying in place (with adhesive mounting). The company was very prompt and helpful in returning to my house and securing those parts with screws. My cameras are ultra sensitive, so I have recordings of things like rain, lightening, palm fronds blowing in the wind, and flying insects. The company has decreased the sensitivity as much as possible, even going so far as to consult with Honeywell regarding how to adjust the cameras further, but I still have numerous recordings of nature in action. In spite of the problems I experienced, I am rating this company as an A. None of the problems experienced were their fault, and they acted promptly and with appropriate concern for the problems. The installer, Jayson, was very professional, careful, and personable. He is a definite asset to the company.
