Beverly Hills Crawl Space Cleaning

This is a very professional AND very hardworking person. Very honest and on time. She cleaned better than I can and I am very fussy! If you want your home cleaned perfectly- this is the lady to do it!

Over looked items and areas of house. Not dependable. They only came to my house a couple of times.  Had to cancel and reschedule several times. Lead cleaner (owner) spent most of her time talking. I couldn't help but wonder how much work would have gotten done if she just worked and didn't talk.

She came to me through Angies list but then said she would not be paid by Angies list so I hired her for every other week.  Came 3 times and did a good job.  Then wanted to work less time and get the same $$.  The end.

I called him and he called back. He made appointment to look at house & another to clean house. He didn't show up for either appointment and didn't call and would not return my calls.

Arrived on time and did a good job on first cleaning. Contracted for second job and considered for a bi-monthly cleaning. House was vacant both times. Second cleaning was poor. Floors were clean but blinds, window sills, counter tops left dusty and with debri left on them. Price for second cleaning was too much and monthly charge ridiculous.

I called Dawn on Saturday morning and left a message. She called me back within a very short time. We set up an appointment for Monday for her to come give a free estimate for both my parents and my uncle. She said she doesn't give quotes over the phone without seeing the place, which I liked. Dawn was very prompt, courteous and respectful when she came on Monday. After giving my parents and my uncle a price (based on the size of their home), my mother said she'd like to hire Dawn and give her a try. Dawn came to clean both homes today. My sister was there and inspected the job when it was completed. My sister and mother said that both houses looked amazing and smelled so fresh and clean. My sister said that Dawn was meticulous and everything sparkled when she was done. My mother has had a cleaning person for a few years, but the lady just retired last month. So this is not her first experience with cleaning people. She was not looking forward to having someone new come in. But I just spoke to her and she was VERY happy with Dawn. We will be hiring her to come 2 times a month (my mom thought once a month would be fine, but we wanted to treat her to twice a month). My mother's health is not very good and having a clean home really lifts her spirits. It is nice to be able to give back to our loved ones who have given so much to us. I am thankful for Angie's List, for the other people that have shared their experience, and for a sense of peace that we have someone that is honest, bonded and insured working in my parents and uncle's homes.

Dawn and her staff are professional and courteous, and look for ways to ensure we our are happy with our clean. For the first few cleans, since I was home, she asked me to tour my home looking for anything they may have missed, or I may have forgotten to ask the team to clean. I loved this process, as it it easier to constructively point out misses when u r ASKED to do so. Dawn encouraged me to let her know if something is less than clean, even after the first few cleans. I did courteously point out a few tiny things, and the team gave me NO attitude about it at all. They simply apologized, fixed it, AND did their best to remember it the next time, which they did. I have seen Dawn and her team go over and above what I would expect them to do many times, because they saw simply saw something that needed doing/cleaning. For instance, they once swept my front porch--clearly no in contract. I have caught them wiping LenaI doors from the inside and outside when smudged. But the home run was when our buillder left several areas of mastic or something all over our tile. Dawn didn't just point it out, or mop over it. She actually helped me clean it off with a solvent I had, so the floor would look nice when shw was done--way above and beyond. It took at least an extra half hour, if not more. Her team is trained to clean very well, by HER, not ME, which I love. (A pet peeve of mine is when I would have to bring new cleaners from past companies, up to speed. ) The cleaners on her team are very well trained, and newbies are currently trained by Dawn. And Dawn is a great (read strict) teacher, which translates into a clean house for me.. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Dawn and crew!
