Recent Review: Be prepared to be ripped off at every turn. This company dented and scratched my new cabinets, appliances and wood floors without regard. They do sloppy woodwork using the cheapest possible materials, leaving 1/2" gaps in the trim. They do zero finish work but charge top dollar. They nailed my new french door shut then forced it open with fists breaking off huge chunks of it and tried to fix it with bondo that shrunk immediately to make big dents. They installed a tile countertop unlevel and with a wobbly front and tiles sticking up 1/4" higher than the ones next to them. And, they took forever to do it. They built a deck but neglected to put the supports into concrete so they are sitting in sand and the whole thing will sink with a few good rains. They ripped up my exterior walls with screw holes and failed to patch anything. They ripped up my metal roof and patched it with putty. They built a pergola which will, if either of the 4x4's is knocked into, pull the entire thing off the side of my wall. They rebuilt a fence gate which, a few weeks later, won't open at all because it has already sagged to that extent. The most horrifying was that they hooked up a brand new gas stove and three days later I had to call the emergency gas people to come out because of the smell in my house. They had hooked it up wrong...a simple hose not put on correctly putting my family in danger. And, of course, I later discovered, they charged triple what other, reputable companies charge for good work with solid materials. They also charged to remove all debris and left my patio covered in garbage bags, rotten wood with rusty nails sticking out of it, sawdust and screws and nails all around my pool patio. Run in the opposite direction if you ever hear of this company. Nothing they did is up to code and they just simply don't seem to know the difference and definitely they don't care. If you want to be left in a dangerous mess and have to pay someone else to do the work all over again, this is the company for you.

Recent Review: The workers were very professional and knowledgeable, they worked fast and clean, there was almost no drywall dust after the work, they knew what they were doing and in the end the only reason you know work was done is because we didn't have them paint it. The drywall work was good, but the overall design was excellent, they saved existing pieces to ensure that all the railings matched, and cut everything to size properly. The two doors they installed were perfect, they knew just what we wanted and got it for us. The owner came by to see how things were going and suggested a different transition between our family room and living room, his suggestion was perfect and looks way better than what we had come up with. They cleaned up everything and vacuumed constantly as they worked keeping the place as clean as possible, in the end, I just had to run the vacuum in the house once and clean the bit of dust that remained which I was amazed wasn't considerably more for the amount of drywall cutting and removal that was done. In the end, they were great. We were worried about hiring someone after all the nightmare stories we had heard about renovations going bad, but these guys were great. We will be calling them for other projects in the house in the near future.

Recent Review: We called them at the end of August 2017, and a couple of days later we met with their salesman David. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. We were actually surprised about the cost, which we had estimated higher. Our house is not big, but still there was a lot of work to be done. We were told the permit could take up to 6 weeks, but they got the permit a lot faster than proposed. Our contract included: remove all rotted wood, replace up to 5 sheets of plywood for rotting (additional plywood at $100 each). Replace trim on corners, windows, and doors. Hardiwrap installed, and then of course installing the Hardie plank. We got estimates for just primed (painting, caulking, filling nail holes, done by others), which was $8,613 and ColorPlus option which was $10,711. ColorPlus is where the paint is already applied and baked to the boards and you pick a color beforehand, which is the option we picked. We picked Harris Cream for the siding, a lighter yellow, and Artic White for the trim. The job they did is worth every penny, we are so happy we saw the billboard. Our house probably went up $50,000 in value if not more (not that we are selling). We have peace of mind, and we don't have to look at that terrible rotted wood every time we went outside. We experienced nothing but professionalism every step of the way, from Andrew the job foreman, and Charlie and Jason that did the work. Thank you Holeman Inc. The pictures speak for themselves.

East Coast Contractors Inc
Recent Review: My townhome in Boynton Beach suffered extensive interior damage due to a severe roof leak. Ceilings on the second floor had collapsed and there was water damage to walls and floors on both levels of the unit. In addition, there was substantial mold build up throughout. The HOA replaced the roof and East Coast Contractors was one of several contractors I had contacted for estimates for the mold remediation and reconstruction of the interior. Their bid was very detailed and also very close to that of the insurance adjustor. After meeting and talking to Mike Rega, I was confident in my selection. They began the work in early August and they were very thorough in completing the mold clean up, replacing the insulation, drywall on walls and ceilings, replacing laminate floors and carpets, texturing and painting. The work was neat and with no debris left over. They showed up when promised and completed work in a timely fashion. Most importantly, Mike Rega answered all my calls or called me back promptly. I was NEVER unable to reach him with a question about some issue that I felt needed to be resolved. He also responded to my emails as the work progressed. I also had some additional electrical work done as well as a complete replacement of the existing windows and exterior doors which I am quite satisfied with. Near the end of the project, we discussed a small list of finish up work, which was completed to my satisfaction. They were also helpful in providing necessary information to my insurance adjustor. I have recently spoken with some friends who have used other contractors for similar work, and they have related to me the many problems and over charges that they have experienced. I believe that I was very fortunate to have found East Coast Contractors at a time that was very stressful for me and my family. Although one minor criticism would be that they are reluctant to accept credit cards, I could not recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.

AEddie's Home Repair
Eddie is very professional and does everything. He came out and we reviewed the projects. He took a quick trip to home depot to buy supplies and then starting knocking items off of our to do list. He works very fast and efficiently and gave us advice on what needed done and how to best do it, while trying to be as inexpensive as possible. Eddie is coming back next week to finish some additional projects.
