Overall, I I am satisfied with the actual work performed, and appreciate the technician's honesty and openness regarding the problem (it ended up being an easy fix and I did not have to replace any parts). However, I had arranged for someone to come out on a Wednesday between 10 and 12 am. At 11:30, nobody had yet showed up and I had not received a phone call so I called to find out when somebody would arrive. I was told that the technician had tried calling me at 8:15 that morning and nobody picked up so they weren't going to come out. I explained that I had been home all morning and nobody called. This was frustrating to say the least as I had planned my entire morning around this appointment. We rescheduled for the following day. When the technician arrived that day, we realized that he had been given the incorrect phone number the day before. He was nice about it, and ended up subtracting $20 from the bill due to the mix-up, which I appreciated. All in all, I am happy with the service I received and would use them in the future, but next time I will have them read my phone number back to me!
