Recent Review: Premier Restoration was the recommended contractor by my insurance company after a tree feel through our roof. We are new to the area. I got one other estimate. I chose Premier because they were a preferred contractor of the insurance company and they had on the estimate they would blow in the installation. The other company said they did not have the ability to blow in the insulation. Premier did not blow in the installation but shredded by hand from inside and on the roof. Two separate days they said they would be there to work on it and did not show up or call. The painter could not get the paint to stick to part of the ceiling and it had to be redone (at my expense). The paint is close but does not match. They came and pick up a sample of the roof shingles. But when they showed up to do the work, they had the wrong shingles. I then gave them shingles I had in my shed to do the work. They say I was not charged for the shingles but the insurance company said I was. The estimate was $1200 but the bill was $1900. About 60% more than I was quoted. Only the insurance company received notice of this until the job was complete. There was a hole in my ceiling for 3-4 weeks during summer when it was 90 degrees. Overall the work was OK but the price increase, contact from the company and service would keep me from every using them again.
