We identified what needed to be organized. We did paper organization. We set up the system, sorted papers and filed. We were able to set aside what papers needed to be recycled and trashed. She decided after three visits that she didnt want to service me anymore. She stated the travel time was too much. Her website clearly indicates that she serves my area and she knew my location before we started working together. I agreed to pay her parking and car expense however she asked for more to continue to serve me. Ultimatley she left me high and dry and sent me an impersonal e-mail stating that she didnt want to work together and declined to speak with me over the phone.

Eliza is very efficient. She not only works independently, but she takes all unwanted things away and either recycles or gets money for them or donates them to appropriate agencies. She is very complete and offers good suggestions for organization of all types of items and how to keep things organized in the future. If supplies are needed for the job, she offers to pick them up prior to arrival.

They were great. He was really busy, and quite surprisingly, he sent me a check for over $200 because he sold the stuff that he could sell and we split the difference. That was great and it was a nice surprise because it came just before Christmas.. I would highly recommend this man. He doesn't charge me anything to come out. The only thing that he asked was gas money for the truck because he had to use a big truck and I could see that he was traveling a distance. It was a wonderful experience. He has got it down to a science. He starts at one end and would look at something, and out it went once I had made a decision on it. He would either sell it or it would go for donating. I had so much stuff and he was terrific. I would tell others that they should not hesitate to use this gentleman.

It was a very positive experience. We're organizing the home office so the young lady, the owner, holds very good suggestions, many of which we are acting on. She's very helpful. I did a search on Angie's List, whatever I searched for or it's home organizing, I looked at the ratings, and I picked out who was near the top of the ratings for home organizing. It was worth the $89 and the price was very reasonable especially since it was a Big Deal price.
