Recent Review: It all started really well. The showroom offered the style of the cabinets that I wanted at a really great price, the designer provided the layout corresponding to my own drawings, and readily adjusted it, when I discovered, that the refrigerator position needed to be changed. Then the cabinets were delivered exactly on time or even a tad sooner. Unfortunately, everything went sour after that. There were a couple non-standard additions that I asked about (repeatedly!). I realized that those were not coming from the cabinet manufacturer but I wanted some advise from the designer on purchasing those items and finding them at a better price. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get any response from Legacy, I ended up dropping one of the items (and Robert, the designer, declared, that he has never heard me mention it, even though I repeated my request at least half a dozen times), and purchasing another one myself. BTW, my contractors also complained about the difficulty of communication with Legacy. Such behavior appears very unprofessional to me.
