He did a very good job. We have a new sump pump. I had to pay an additional $325 for the replacement.

Generally, they did an excellent job. Punctual, helpful, and fairly priced. The town inspector said they had not attached a length of pipe securely enough to the wall, so I had to have them come back. However, they came back quickly and made the required changes without complaint.

We called after getting a quote from our normal plumber that was ridiculously high. Checked on Angie's list, saw their rating and called. They came within the hour. Explained what needed to be done and gave a quote 1/2 of the other company. When we asked when they could fit us in - they said they could do it now. My roommate was working from home today so they even used a side door to go in and out so as not to disturb him. They were thorough, professional and highly respectful. After 10 years with our previous company, we are now giving them our business

On the evening of Friday June 7, 2013 I called the emergency number for this plumber because I noticed that my sump pump was not operating and the well was practically full. They came out in the rain to check it and told me that it had stopped raining and it would not overflow that night, that my back up pump would suffice, but to call them on Saturday morning to let them know the status. I did and as they had explained to me there would be some water in the well but it would have gone down which it did. They said they would call me on Monday morning to install another pump. They did and they were out first thing to get the job done. Lucky thing because we had heavy rains that day and I would have had water in the basement had they not done that.

Dermot did a great job installing the new sump pump. He was very responsive and came right over after I found my old sump pump had burned out and heated up all the water in my full sump pit. He confirmed my choice of sump pump brands and returned when I received my new sump pump to install it a few days later. He was prompt and extremely efficient. He is so helpful and did a great job. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism. He makes you feel like you are family and treats you the same way. I highly recommend this company and working with Dermot. Thank you and look forward to having you help with my future work!!

The plumber arrived on time, and work was done quickly and professionally. I was quoted a price over the phone and that's the amount I was charged. I would definitely hire them again.

Ray came over to give an estimate and make suggestions as to what type of basement sump pump we should purchase. He showed up on installation day with the new pump on time. He routed a new drainage line to ensure the drain will not freeze in cold weather. He finished quickly and cleaned up after the job. We have been very happy with the results!
Recent Review: They did great. They were clean, fast, and the price was reasonable. The sales rep was very easy to work with, and he didn’t pressure us in to something that would be too expensive and definitely not pushy. I would recommend them to others. They got the job done in one day.
Recent Review: We were referred by a friend who was also very happy with their company. They did an excellent job, arrived were on time and were very courteous and professional. Excellent company overall. We will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to refinish our basement!
Recent Review: From the first contact, we were impressed. Pete was on time and very polite. Three days later he had the technician on site. The technician was on time and got the job done in a very short time. He was very thorough and left the area clean. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. We were very fortunate.
Recent Review: Mike was fantastic, and I'm honestly a little sad not to be working with EnviroPro on my project (I have a very limited timetable, and another contractor was able to match the price while also getting in a couple of days earlier). Mike was VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to hire EnviroPro in future, and I really appreciated the package they sent in advance of the estimate (containing lots of information about the company and a copy of the book dry basement science).

Recent Review: Joe and his team did an excellent job. We had mold and water in our crawl space. They dug a french drain, placed a new sump pump and cleaned the mold and then "sprayed. Also looks like they "painted the walls" - which I believe is a mold barrier. I cannot believe how dry the crawl space is - the humid damp moldy smell is completely gone. Andy explained everything that the guys were doing and why they were doing it. Contractors were polite and courteous and very nice to my dog - who was berserk while they were here. Super easy guys to work with - they were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day!! We are so happy with the results.
Recent Review: A.J Perri Inc A.J Perri Inc, got the necessary permits, they were the only company that would get the permits and they had a better price, (the permits were important to me). We have used them several years ago to install a new HVAC. They are professional and clean, very responsive, on time, did the work they were suppose to do, and prompt. If I had a problem with the inspection, I could call them and they would take care of the problem.
Recent Review: The crew arrived at 8:00 am on a Monday as promised. A crew of at least 6 were on hand. Jack-hammering the concrete basement floor around the entire perimeter of our basement started immediately. The jack-hammering lasted about 5 or 6 hours one day 1, but we had made prior arrangements to have our pets removed and we were mostly not home during that part of the process. They excavated an approximate 1 ft wide trench around the entire perimeter of the basement. They also dug a second sump pump pit at an opposite corner to the existing sump pump. The excavated pit sloped toward both sump pump pits. There was some minor structural demolition of some paneling and interior walls plus the removal of a built in set of wooden shelves that was necessary to dig and install the french drain. They did this and removed all the demolition debris from the premises. A crushed stone base was laid down and a 3" perforated drain pipe was installed in the trench. The excavation was back-filled with more crushed stone. An aluminum drip edge was placed about 1/2" from the walls and when the floor was re-cemented, it was cemented up to the drip edge. The basement walls were washed with bleach to remove existing mold, all cracks were cemented or calked and then the walls were painted with 2 coats of white Dry-Lock paint. 2 new submersible sump pumps were installed. New PVC pump outlet piping with check valves were installed. The Basement window wells were cleaned out and crushed stone was placed in all window wells. The floors were swept and washed down. The basement was cleaner after they were done then when they started. The work was completed by 12:00 pm on Wednesday. Now here's the interesting part. A torrential rainstorm started on Wednesday morning. We received approximately 3-4 inches of rain during Wednesday and Thursday. Just as they finished the job and powered up the sump pumps, the water level in the sumps was starting to rise to the top. The pumps ran the entire night, 21 seconds on, 21 seconds off. By morning the off time had increased to about 90 seconds. By the end of Friday, the pumps were off entirely. Our basement was completely dry. We noticed several of our neighbors having their basements pumped out over that weekend. One neighbor lost everything in their basement. That's how bad this freak storm was, but we were in good shape. Perfect timing for a severe test of Salvo's work.
