Except for the refrigerator, which was back-ordered and took two months to install, the other appliances were installed on time. The oven was a lemon from the beginning, and the company sent out repair technicians twice to replace a key component of the control panel. Finally, when the oven started to turn itself on (yes, I'm serious), the company intervened on my behalf and arranged for the manufacturer to buy back the oven at the original cost. The company then allowed me to select another model from their showroom and it was installed within weeks. My appliances work perfectly now.
