Recent Review: They did a fantastic job of dressed up the uneven grout in the master bath. They whitened all of the grout to an even SAME color. Then they sealed the grout. They were on time, they were very professional, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
Recent Review: was completely finished.Excellent response to an unusual request for vinyl tile with grouting. Kyle did his research on the tile and the underlayment required for a level surface. He filled in a low spot and left a beautiful floor. Then he caulked all around so that the job was completely finished. He responded quickly to all my communications, by e-mail and telephone. He was careful not to interfere with other jobs being done in the house at the same time. I have reccomentded him to neighbors who are also very satisfied with his work.
My husband and I highly recommend Grout Fix Services for your grout and tile needs. Wayne and Scott are very resourceful, professional, and function well as a team. We were happy with their clear explanations of how their products work and their thorough/even applications of those products. Stains were lifted from the grout, a tile repaired like it was never chipped, and baseboards were caulked in relation to the tile flooring. Our overall impression was, "Wow! It's as good as new!" Wayne and Scott are gifted in their field. They have the formula for making any day a good one. It's a privilege to be one of their many clients! Mike and Sherry Norton

DBOZMAN'S FLOOR COVERINGS
The gentleman never followed up with me, so I made a second phone call asking about the situation. He promised he would get back to me at that point, but again he never did.

A3-D Tile Inc
3-D Tile did a great job of installing travertine stone tile in our Master Bath, and porceline tile in two additional baths and our kitchen. Although he was extremely busy, he did not forgo craftmanship for getting the job done correctly. We did have some setbacks in that the kitchen backsplash tile order was short and so had to be done in sections. When the second order came in, the grout used was wrong. 3-D made it correct with no problem. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, and the creative suggestions they offered along the way.

FCustom Tile & Marble Co
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They cut corners wherever they can, and if there are any problems that turn up after the job is done they won't take care of it. Our unfortunate experience with them was with a house under construction so I was not there when the work was actually done. They claimed to have installed our 1,000 sq ft of tile "by the book". But a year later we had a 9' crack in the tile between the kitchen and sunroom. They wouldn't stand behind it. When we got a different company to repair it and the cracked tiles were removed, we could see that Custom Tile had installed the backerboard so that the seam was in perfect alignment with the seam in the wood subfloor (which was also installed directly over a support beam.) Even I know better than to do that! In addition, no expansion joint compound was used in the seam, and it was also obvious that the tiles had not been backbuttered properly so that caused air pockets. As for issues with other work, the carpet in one of the rooms was installed with one piece running in the opposite direction of the other, so the seam shows badly and one section looks darker than the other. They claimed it was an illusion from the way the light is reflecting on it. and that it was installed properly. They refused to correct it. And now 3 years later the carpet is also starting to buckle everywhere. The hardwood floor was installed with a couple of corners of some of the pieces poking up slightly higher than the next piece. When I complained they said it was too late to do anything about it. The granite and backsplash installation has been without incident except for the fact that they used caulk instead of grout where the backsplash meets the counter (which we have since had someone else fix.)
