Recent Review: In the process of selling our house, and a last minute issue came up with one of our showers. The Pipe Doctors, specifically Jimmy and Luis were able to come out same day and have the problem fixed at a reasonable price. Very professional service, I'll be keeping their business card.

Recent Review: The shower had not worked for a year and I'd tried to replace the cartridge multiple times or find a work around with 4 different plumbers (yep, that's four). I bought my house newly renovated and the contractor had stupidly tiled in the plumbing work so access was going to be tricky and very likely expensive. In the end I took a dep breath, saw a $99 for $200 of plumbing work from Drain Surgeon on Angie's list and just accepted that it was going to cost. Their communication was excellent up to the appointment - they took clear note of all the details I gave and were incredibly responsive when I had to reschedule. Their service professional who came on the day was prompt, professional, and good-natured. I proposed a course of action, he advised and we decided a way forward. He instructed me as I watched him do the work at every step and he did his job well: neat, tidy efficient, quick, and really, really thorough. They fixed what 4 others had not been able to.. I now have a working shower and am very happy. Thank you.

Recent Review: Bryan Wacker arrived exactly at 2PM, the beginning of his 2-4PM window. I had already cut a hole in the sheetrock behind the shower valve to save time (and money). I wasn't home, but my wife said he was courteous and went right to work, finishing in 45 minutes. He cut out two vertical copper pipes that were originally installed to prevent water hammer, and he left them behind. I didn't understand why they were cut out, so I called the office. He wasn't in, but he called my wife (I was out) the next day and answered my questions. They charge $95 for the first 30 minutes, and $30 for each 15-minute period thereafter. When I called for a quote, I incorrectly heard it as $95 for the first hour.

I used Angie's list quote request service expecting to get a ballpark estimate for a simple job, replace a shower valve in a wall that I had taken down. Instead of a quote, I was told that for $59, they would come out and look at the job and then give me a quote. In other words, I had to pay them $59 for my possible business. No thanks.

I can not tell you how impressed I was with this plumbers work. He came in and within 2 minutes knew exactly what need to be done. He was very professional and fixed both shower valves in a matter of 30 minutes. If you use Grayton Plumbing please be sure to ask for Blain. He was amazing.

AO'Quinn's Plumbing
Quinn responded and set up an estimate very quickly. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the part available right away for a showerv valve replacement as it seemd like a fairly standard (Kohlers) part. But they rescheduled the job for a couple of days later and showed up on time and did the job quickly and cleanly. I'd recommend

ACaffi Services
Joined Angie's List, selected Cafi from Angie's plumber list, and called. Within two hours, exactly on time (in fact, 15 minutes early), Cafi's plumber was at my door. He gave me an estimate, which I accepted, and then did the repair on the spot. Very professional, polite and competent. I'm delighted with the repair!

The plumber came by and looked at the job. He then scheduled a time to do the job. He called before arriving. He had all necessary supplies and equipment and got along fine with my two dogs. He was congenial and knew exactly what he was doing.

ADiamond Plumbing LLC
This was my first time to have plumbing work done by Diamond Plumbing, LLC and it was a perfectly wonderful experience. The owner, Mike Dornisch, responded quickly to my voicemail message requesting an estimate, even though he was on vacation.  On the day of the appointment, his scheduled arrival time was a two-hour window (10:00 to 12:00) and he arrived at exactly 10:00 to the minute.  He looked at the stream of water coming from my bathtub faucet  (original hardware from when the house was built in 1966)and gave me two options, to rebuild or replace.  He clearly had extensive experience doing both and gave concrete, factual information as to cost, materials, life expectancy, and additional aspects of each option.  When I chose the rebuild and asked when he could do the work, he said he could do it now. He went back to his truck, pulled all the tools and materials he would need, and started the work within 15 minutes of his arrival. The work was completed in under two hours. Mike Dornisch was pleasant, neat, organized, and business-like.  The completed work looks highly professional.  I received a 10% seniors discount.
