Recent Review: We have had them for 20 years for our heating which is an oil burner. We have been very happy with them. We actually contracted the air conditioner with them because we got a really good deal. We checked with 3 companies and they had the best price. It is a family run company and they have been in business for years. They are going to start the new project on the 7th of July and will be finished in 2 days. I have no qualms; they are very together and they know what they are up to. We have a contract with them for the oil where they come each year and service the oil burner. They’ve been nothing but well to me because we’ve had problems every once in a while and they’ve come back and replaced things on the furnace. They’ve been really good. As far as the whole experience, we still haven’t finished with them. We haven’t had the air conditioner installed yet, but for the previous experience, they were excellent. All of the men they have sent out knew their job and were excellent. We have paid the first of 3 payments and we don’t pay the next 2 until 30 days after the installation and 60 days after the installation. It gives us time to be satisfied and it sounds pretty good.

Recent Review: The sales person was very informative and ensured that I was pleased every step of the way during research and entering contract. The install was professional quality and met expectations. The staff worked three days to complete the job and returned promptly to remedy a complaint with the refrigerant lines not properly bundled in housing. We used the units to cool the whole house when temperatures were too warm and found it to be comfortable, very quiet and efficient. Can't wait to see what these units can do in the winter.
Recent Review: Mr. Barrett is a wonderful plumber and heating professional. You can’t find a more honest, fair and trustworthy individual and you can trust him to fix your plumbing and heating issues! He did multiple repairs and replacements at the home we were selling in Danbury and went above and beyond with advising us on realistic and budget-friendly repair options. He not only fixed and replaced the items we needed, but also he identified other emergency issues that we weren’t aware of due to living in a different state which saved us from frozen and burst pipes and having to buy a new furnace in our recently remodeled home. We can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his expertise! Thank you again for the wonderful job, Mr. Barrett. We truly appreciate it!!
Recent Review: Very good quality installation of new oil tank from beginning to end. Job was reviewed on-site by C2G's Estimator, Paul who was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The proposed contract that followed was detailed and included pricing for any options that I may want to add. The job was timely scheduled shortly after the contract signing. Installers Dominic and Jose arrived on-time as scheduled, were professional and did a quality install of the new 275 gallon oil tank, piping, and new line feed to my oil burner. The old tank was also neatly removed.
Recent Review: They were incompetent. It was a hand written quote, so I can't give the specifics. They sent out a salesperson, not someone qualified to plan how the duct work would work in the house. I didn't feel like the quote was realistic enough. The number that they gave me for the quote was worthless. They came right out. The person that was out here was professional, he just wasn't competent.
Wow. These guys were great. It was a great experience. Heating: The new boiler is beautiful and the new piping is outstanding. Our town inspector was very impressed with the entire boiler install including the piping and thermostat work. A/C: The owner really came through on pricing that met our budget. Overall: These guys made sure to talk to us about any problems that came up during both installations, this really helped and kept everyone on the same page. They were also really really clean. The only questionable thing is the location of part of the A/C unit in the attic. I don't understand how they would be able to get over the unit to service it, but then again, I don't really know anything about it.

FCARRAGAN HEATING & A/C
John Carragan installed the AC/Heating ducting in the wrong location and would not return to my home to fix it. He was contracted by Sprain Brook Company (Todd Woodward) who admitted the mistake however, would also not take responsibility for it. Instead of putting the ducting through the wall in an area that did not have traffic, he ran his ducting THROUGH A DOORWAY and rendered that doorway unusable. If you try to walk through the door, you will hit your head on the duct! Carragan was lazy and wanted to take the easy way out, which is why he ran the ducting in this manner. Todd Woodward, the general contractor from Sprain Brook Company, decided not to be at my home when the work is done and would not accept responsibility for Carragan's shoddy work. In addition, Carragan drained my A/C system of its Freon when that did not need to be done. He then wanted to charge me to put the Freon back into the system (I hired a more reputable company to finish that part of the job). Since this is a weekend house that is 75 miles from my primary home, I was not there to see the work until Carragan left the premises. Both Woodward and Carragan are terrible professionals and I would avoid using their services if you are looking to do work on your home in Connecticut.

We have been using them ever since we got our central air. Their pricing is very reasonable. They always come when called. They stand behind their work.

AB & B HEATING AND AC
These guys were excellent, Bob came over and scouted the house explaining to us the whole process of the installation. Then on the day they were supposed to start it rained and the guys did not want to mess up our house by tracking mud so they rescheduled to start 2 days later. The work was completed in less then three days, and Bob oversaw three other guys. I was happy to hear one technician say that Bob is not happy unless the installation is perfect. I had lots of questions and he took time out to explain while working. I really have no negative comments, and I'm going to recommend them to my family and friends.

Have used Eco Home several times now. Had a leaking oil tank replaced, new baseboard heating installed, and furnace repaired. Terrific service at a fair price! I would highly recommend them.

APelletier Mechanical Services, LLC
From start to finish with my project Gary and his team were helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Gary considered all of my heating/ac/humidity concerns, took full measurements of my condo, system and energy calculations, and recommended three good options of Bryant electric split heat pump systems. I ended up choosing the most efficient top of the line model as I was replacing a 25+ year old unit. I felt that the price was fair and even if I could have found a slightly lower price, I was very comfortable hiring Pelletier based on Gary’s initial follow-up, professionalism and thoroughness when quoting my job. They also went the extra mile when doing the installation under terrible weather conditions. I’m very pleased with the end result. I have no hesitation in recommending Pelletier.

APlumbers Plus LLC
I received a quote for the replacement of steam radiators, however, he stated that he was not familiar with the set up of the system and did research on it. As such, I was not confident that this company would be able to replace the radiators without furhter complications. He spent a lot of time discussing the replacemetns so that we were both clear on what he was going to replace and how. Unable to obtain a written quote; ony a verbal.
