LT Landscaping Inc
Recent Review: The work went along very smoothly no problems no mistakes and in a timely manner. The price was set up front and no deviations were made. He also does my snow plowing and lawn care very well and is very professional. Any one you hires LT Landscaping for their services Should make clear of the cost. If the grass is too high then the price will go up also if the snow fall requires more time on the job along with more man power to complete the job then of course the price will go up. Anybody should know that fact. A quoted price is not the FINAL bill other things have to play a part in the cost. .Anybody with any kind of intelligent  knows this Fact. There is no comparison of shoveling 3 to 6 inches of snow to a blizzard.LT Landscaping has been providing services for me for over 4 years and I stand by LT Landscaping and his crew 110%

Bob's Pool Services
Recent Review: Bob and his crew (Josh) came right out and gave me a clear estimate of what it would take to get my old above ground pool back up to full functioning. I have installed liners myself in the past and just put up with the flaws because I had no real choice but had decided that I would leave this to professionals in the future. Good decision. They installed a high quality liner that looks great. The also fixed a bunch of other small things to give me another ten years or so out of this pool and got it all done within a week of my first call. I highly recommend them for anyone with a pool problem.

Recent Review: I can't say enough about how great it is to work with Dave. I received Dave's name from a friend (who hadn't had a chance to work with him yet - only received a quote from him), who also received his name from a friend. I was unsure of using Dave at first. As I mentioned, my friend who recommended him hadn't had the chance to work with him yet. But I decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did. Dave is very respectful, responsive, easy to talk to, flexible and lacking that usual and quot;contractorand quot; attitude. I know we've all encountered that before. Above all else though, he does amazing work, affordably. I was impressed with Dave right from the quote. The biggest portion of the job I had him do was to build a retaining wall (for lack of a better term). I've been getting quotes for a few years now on what I can do with a hill I have in our back yard that leads to a pond on the property. Everyone who has quoted me on the job has told me I need a retaining wall to do what I want and it would cost $10k-$12k. No one would ever think outside the box or talk to me about other options. Dave said right off the bat and quot;you don't need a full retaining wall - I can get a few big boulders and create a wall that will allow you to do what you want to doand quot; ... And as you can see from what I spent on this job ... It didn't cost any where near $12k. That impressed me so much, I decided to take the plunge and work with him, even though no one I knew had used him. In working with him, I discovered that he not only cares about his customer by thinking outside the box (even if that means he makes a lot less on a job) but he is a great worker. I am very happy with the job he did, he keeps a very clean work site, he was always accessible when I tried calling him, he showed up when he said he would, he even texted me a picture of the job in progress when I asked him to. He was also very flexible with any changes I asked him to make, not even a hesitation when I asked him. I truly can't say enough about how great this experience was. He also does remodeling and I plan on using him for everything in the future. I will never call anyone else again.

Washington Concrete Products
Business Description: Washington Concrete Products, Inc., was founded in 1960 by R. Malcolm Sewell. Originally as a small cement block manufacturer and mobile home skirting company located in Plainville, CT. As time went on, Malcolm realized there was a need for Pre-Cast steps and Hatchways as opposed to the single tread units they had been making. In 1970 Richard joined his father Malcolm. Together they revamped the product line to include Pre-Cast concrete steps and Perm Entry basement entry systems, as well as, entering into the patio paver market. Additional products were gradually added which included parking curbs, concrete benches and tables, surveyor monuments, bird baths, planters, and lintels. In 1997, Jason, Richard's son joined them, and Washington Concrete is now in its 4th generation of family ownership. We now carry an extensive variety of pavers, modular retaining wall products, and slab products from several manufacturers and have one of the largest inventories and displays in the area. Stop by and see our 10,000 square foot display featuring dozens of paver styles, more than 20 retaining wall products, and hundreds of color combinations. We are a family owned and operated business for over 50 years and we look forward to helping you with all of your Pre-Cast concrete needs.

FTHE LINER SPECIALISTS, INC
Nightmare from start to finish. Contractor they used was unprofessional and unskilled. Installed liner without insulation that was paid for (which was sitting on the deck ("I'm glad you said something"). puncture holes put in new liner, ground wire sloppily roued along pool side, creases in bottom, broken return that installer tried to cover up with putty before we realized it was leaking like mad. Came back and "fixed". Let me know if you would like additonal details - have all kinds of unanswered correspondence, including a communication from the NY Better Business Bureau indicating they never received a response either. Rating is an F there as well. Several calls, e-mails, letters to company to either replace or remediate - nothing of substance returned. Left one message saying he was sending liner manufacturer represenative out that day (with no one home and deck locked), and never heard back from Frank. Have heard similar experiences - do yourself a favor and run!

Went very well. Very happy with the results. Both AJ and his partner were friendly, helpful, professional and responsive to questions as were the men who worked on the job. The work was repeatedly delayed due to rain which we fully understood (and they repeatedly said they appreciated that we understood). Hard to run heavy equipment and build a wall in the rain due to the yard turning into a mud pond and I am sure that ours was not the only job that was delayed. Despite that, we had a deadline we needed to keep and they met it with time to spare. There were also careful to dig up and set aside plants which we were able to replant elsewhere (and they are thriving). Promised to come back and reseed any bare spots later. I have full confidence they will. Original quote was $10k for an 8x8 PT wall. However they were unable to find 8x8 at the local distributors. Suggested using 6x6 and, without my having to say anything, reduced the price by $700. Furthermore, I offered to pay the full price anyway since they did extra work but they said it was not necessary. Now that is amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called M & M for some drainage issues I had in my yard.  AJ was out promptly to take a look.  He took a great deal of time to explain what he saw and the options I had.  He was very patient and detailed in his explanation and took the time to speak with my family members as well.    Drainage pipes and yard drains were installed in my yard and the gutters were tied in to the drainage.  My lawn had to be dug up in areas and re-seeded after the job was completed.  They also pulled out some old shrubs, mulched and moved some plants for me.  AJ once again took the time to thoroughly explain the job they had done.    M&M did not disappoint.  We?ve had a few very heavy downpours since the drains in my yard were installed.  The drains are working and the ponding is gone. The grass is growing in nicely.     AJ was professional, reliable and experienced and knowledgeable.  I had received two other quotes and M&M provided the best price and service.  All of the work was 100% guaranteed.  I am very happy with the work that A.J. Maulucci and M&M Construction did.  I would use them again without question.
