Besides the fact they did not go all the way to the edges of the driveway, they left the whole strip next to the wall and they did not do anything too. It was not 3 inches. Most of it is 1 stone thick, like if you pick a stone up, you're looking at dirt. When summertime came, I have never had so many weeds in this driveway. If it was 3-6 inches of stone, there would be no weeds. Supposedly they have pressed it down with their 10,000 pounds. I had to leave because I had to go to work so I had to leave them there here by themselves to put their 10,000 pounds of pressure down. Did they really do it? I don't know. How well they did it? Obviously, you could pick the stones right up. The only part where it might be a little bit thicker is where it's now kind of moving a bit so it's on the very edges of one section where there is a curve, but as for that, I wouldn't give you for the job. Friends of ours who were just up the street had it done that same day and he said the same thing, it was not fixed, and the weeds are growing right through it so they are not happy either. We have 2 people that are not happy with their processed gravel. I just want to warn anybody if you're planking down a lot of money for asphalt, you might really want to check these guys out. I paid $1700 cash. I thought somebody at one point had told me it is around $2100 so I thought I had a fairly good price and I didn't ask the people we know up the street what they paid for theirs to know if we all got really sucked in or not. I tried calling them 3 times and once a woman returned my call, but I was not here to get the phone call and when I returned it, I've never gotten a response back. For their punctuality, they stopped by and they said they would be back in half an hour and they were not, they were gone up to the road. If they had come back and because it would only take them an hour to do it, I would have been here for the whole thing. They seemed pretty good and they seemed to know what they were doing. They knew how to run the machine and they had to cut it in the board that line the driveway, but they could have done a better job. They acted somewhat professional.
