Recent Review: Craig and Anthony of Rooter Man were cleaning my neighbor's septic system.  I talked with Craig about taking a look at my tank see if it was 1) similar to my neighbor's tank and 2) if it needed pumping.  He came over and told me that I had the same set up and showed me that it was necessary to get it done within the next several months.  He told me that I could find a $20 coupon in the Uncompahgre phonebook and said that he would unearth the tank's lid at no cost.  I called the next day and made an appointment for the following week.  The guys were on time and completed the job in a timely fashion, not making or leaving any mess.

Recent Review: Bo and his people have provided wonderful, personalized, quick, and professional service on 10 calls for both residential and commercial properties.  He has saved me money (at HIS expense) on several.  I can't think of a single area in which he could improve his service or where I could be more satisfied.  (I realize this review doesn't sound credible & sounds like a "shill"; but I couldn't be more sincere.)

Recent Review: They were very kind and efficient about this. It was much cheaper since I had my own pump. They didn't grumble once either, even though this was quite a process. Today they came out because I thought my pump had burned out again. I unplugged it and called them. They came out the next day and checked it. They felt the pump was OK and that it was something else. They could have said it was my pump and replaced it with their $425 pump and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't! They told me to call if it did go out again. And they were right, I discovered it was an electrical fan I had that had burnt out. They didn't even charge me a service call to come up and it's a 45 minute drive to and from!

Recent Review: This was an excellent experience.  I was referred to Wesley though a friend in property management after the local plumber was taking days to replace a sump pump - and the cost was high.  Wesley came the same day - replaced the pump with a new one (identical) for a very reasonable cost.  (The plumber told me the pump cost (without labor) was more than the entire pump/replacement with Wesley). In addition, he suggested a new thermostat at a very reasonable price.  Great way to build a reputable business through quality, dependable service.

My sump pump went out - my handyman and I diagnosed this basement water issue first.  The plumber came out about 2.5 hours after the scheduled time (arrived at 5 PM on a Friday night).  Very nice plumber - but tired.  Did a quick fix on the pump that was to get me out a few days/weeks, until pump could be replaced.  He told me the pump would probably be about $200 plus $200 install - to count about $500 total. He said they would call with a price estimate on Monday. The fix did not hold up for even one small washer load - basement got pretty wet, again, by the following day.  I called Monday to say I didn't think I should be charged the $100 house call under the circumstances, and I wanted that figured into the pump estimate.  I didn't hear back that day, but called the following day and was given an estimate of close to $900.00 for the pump and install.  After asking why the price difference, I was told the pump itself was about ~$400-500 and another ~$300 for the install.  I was told this was a reduced price because of the issues with the repeat flooding.  I was told they could replace it in another 2-3 days.  At that point, I called a friend in the property mgt business and got a referral to one of their maintenance people (also a licensed plumber).  He replaced the pump with an identical new pump (cost of the pump $150) and charged another $75 for the instillation - same day service.  I advise people to question a $500 cost for the sump pump itself. Look at Home Depot online, etc, for average prices.  Do your research if a quote seems high!  (I would give the plumber a B for professionalism but the management a D, therefore, I settled on a C.)  Perhaps they were just busy and understaffed.  It did not make for repeat business.

It went very well. They did hit a few pipes. Two were busted, but they got a hold of the plumber to come in and get it fixed. They covered the costs under my warranty and are very easy to work with. Thank you so much for getting this done.

We had to dig up the line and replace it and they suggested putting in a pump out trap for future use, which we did.

I called because of a problem with no water to the house at 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon, and the repairman (Brian) was at my house by 6 pm that evening to diagnose the problem.  It was discovered that the pump would need to be replaced.  The service people I was in contact with were very informative, willing to answer questions, and knowledgeable regarding the cost and time needed to do the work.  I was scheduled as the 2nd appointment the next day.  The well pump tech arrived (Jason), worked in cold, rain and into the darkness, but got the job completed yet that day.  All the people I had contact with were courteous and professional.

They were awful. All of the guys who do the work were very nice men. The first couple of times they came they did a poor job with the trenching. The water was not draining into the area where the sump pump was. They installed the sump pump in a five gallon plastic bucket. The floater kept catching on the side of the bucket. I realized it kept running and wouldn't shut off. They had to come out three times to do the trenching and to reinstall a different kind of pump. They put it into a metal bucket but they didn't draw any holes to let the water drain out. It kept running again and the bucket was floating in the hole they dug. I sent emails and called the company. They sent people out a few times but my husband and I had to end up fixing it.
