Alpine Hot Tub Moving & Service
Recent Review: I was the last call of the day so they were a little late, but they were able to remove my old hot tub in about 30 minutes.  They were great.  I would use them again.

Recent Review: DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY! At first all was going well but he did not follow through on his promises to finish the installation and from then on became progressively non responsive, insulting  and vindictive. the job will not be finished by him and we have to  hire someone else. so He is toxic. Say away from him.

COLORADO CUSTOM SPAS
Recent Review: We searched many places to find a hot tub and did our homework. We decided to purchase one from here because they had quality hot tubs at fair prices. The two salesmen we worked with were helpful. And they've also been helpful since we have received the hot tub. A solid company delivering a solid product.

Wind River Spas
Recent Review: Several months ago we were in Denver (we live in Monument CO) and since we had been searching for a hot tub we stopped at Wind River Spas. We received our first ever orientation to hot tubs from Nelson Torres (we had experienced lots of high preassure at other dealers), and met the owner Rick Hallett who answered several of our questions. As we compared the Wind River tubs to the many others we had looked at we truly appreciated its features! The perfect tub for our deck was the Timberline, and we ordered it for delivery. The entire process from our intitial visit to delivery was excellent?the customer service has been great, and attention to our particular needs wonderful. The tub itself is very well constructed, operates with a bare minimum of chemicals due to its ozone cleaner, and has wonderful features at a good price. I would recommend Wind River Spas to anyone.

MAXIMUM COMFORT POOL & SPA
Recent Review: It took 3 weeks to get the new heater shipped. In the meantime, I had Maximum Comfort plumb in a bypass so that the hot tub pump could keep circulating water in my hot tub so that it would not freeze (paid separately). Perhaps I made a mistake in not telling them to do all the new heater work in one day, but the three trips they made to remove the old heater (1), put in the new one and reverse the heat exchanger on it, plumb, wire, provide natural gas to the new unit (which was already in place from the old one) (2), and then vent it (3), resulted in 21 hours of billed labor at $95/hour/person, or $1,995, which shocked me, especially considering the mark up they probably got on the new heater. The labor charge for them to come out and diagnose the problem and to plumb in the bypass was in addition to the above. Since they are the only company I could find in this area which would perform this type of service, I would use them again if necessary, but would be much more careful in managing their labor cost, and try to get a guaranteed price up front. They used two workers for all the installation, for a labor cost of $180/hour, and I'm not convinced this was necessary for the entire process. I contacted them to complain about the labor costs, but got no results.

ACOLORADO CUSTOM SPAS
We purchased our hot tub in 2003.  I had to go to Denver from the Western Slope of Colorado to make the purchase which included seeing the available tubs and choosing what we wanted for our tub.  We stayed with a basic style. I was happy with the presentation of our choices.  The delivery time was set up and it arrived as stated.  In the first 2 months we had a problem with water heater and Colorado Custom Spas delivered and installed a new on within a week without charge.  We have not had a problem with our spa in the last 11 years.  I did replace the cover with one from another company and it deteriorated in half the time of the one from Colorado Custom Spas.  I am currently waiting for a new one to arrive from Colorado Custom Spas. Their original cover lasted about 7 years while the second one we purchased elsewhere lasted barely 4 years. It was inconvenient to have to travel to Denver for the original purchase, but it has been worth it over the years and we have been happily soaking in our tub ever since.
