Recent Review: Corey Pace and his sons helped out with the removal of our old furnace and install of a new furnace, air conditioning unit and humidifier. Their work was productive, fast and of high quality, not leaving a mess before leaving. Rather than upselling our furnace or ac, he provided us with the right size for our house. The furnace heats the house quick and doesn't run constantly like our other one did. The ac is amazing throughout the summer as the house stays at a constant 64 degrees. For anyone looking for any services that Pace & Sons Mechanical provides, I highly recommend the company! Great quality work, products and reliability.

Recent Review: We had an overall great experience. The estimate was thorough, accurate and responsive to our needs. The installation went smoothly, with minimal disruption. The furnace size is correct for our home, and it works beautifully. Their estimate was a full $2,000 less than their competitor's estimate. We'd definitely hire them again.

Recent Review: Icalled Rich to tell him his new furnace was leaking in early October 2012. He blamed the old humidifier until I sent him pictures. I scheduled 3 appointments for this repair before Rich finally showed up. He "no-called and no-showed" us several times. I lost a total of 3 days of vacation making appointments for Rich's schedule that he never bothered to show up to or call us ahead of time. After three attempts to fix the leaking pipe Rich couldn't fix the leak. He tried to blame everything from shifting soils, my handywork and his former colleagues for the leak. I took the job on myself with some clear RTV sealant and fixed it the first try. Strike 2. The Humidfier installation went bad twice. First of all, he installed the "backflow preventer" valve "BACKWARDS" and cut the cord of the humidifier unit and "hotwired" it to the furnace. Strike 3 and Strike 4. Strike 3 I successfully fixed myself. The valve clearly had markings indicating "Water Flow This Way --->." Strike 4 almost turned to a catastrophic failure as it turned into an electrical fire that nearly burned down the house. I called Rich first thing in the morning (7:30 am - voicemail ) about the electrical fire on April 2nd, along with three other contractors. Since I had not heard from him, I took the best rated HVAC contractor from Angie's List " Plumbline" and Mike met me at the home at 9:15 am. He fixed several of Rich's messes. Re-installed the humidifier correctly and identified a major mold issue on the inside of the furnace unit (4 months old). This later turned out to be a major find as our young toddler had major respiratory issues since moving to Denver. Since we fixed it ourselves, our Son has been looking and feeling great! Rich cordially returned my call 3 days later and said he would take care of the bill ($165) for the repair. It has now been 30+ days and Rich has not lived up to his word or even placed a call. These guys are HACKS!
⎌Installation was done in a reasonable amount of time. Technician spent time afterward explaining operation and answering all of our questions.

He was very professional and explained everything well. He also explained what a "wet switch" does and I decided to get it also.

Technician arrived promptly and called in advnace to confirm time. Completed work timely and clearly explained recommendation to replace a part and why. Overall, very satisfied with the service. Also, spent time to discuss humidifier settings with me since I never had a humidifier on my furnace before.

The technician arrived late but did a great job overall. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. The office staff is very responsive, professional, and courteous. The price I paid was well below other comparable quotes I received. I would recommend NOW Heating & Air and hire them again.

I thought it was unusual that they had told me that my humidifier was not working as I did not know they were checking that, since it was a check for the furnace and central air. Then they did not make any more suggestions on fixing the humidifier.

Les initially came out to service our old (27 yrs) furnace which was not lighting properly. He adjusted it and said it was typical of an older furnace starting to fail, and suggested we think about replacing it in the future. He gave us bids on several different models, including a high efficiency furnace that would allow us to get a federal tax credit. We decided within a week to replace the old unit. I called him on a Monday and he came within 48 hours to help us determine whether our house could accommodate the flue requirements for a high efficiency furnace (it wouldn't without a great deal of modification). By Friday of the same week he was there to install the furnace. He spent about 5 hours on the job, and installed a new 80% efficiency furnace for $2640, and a humidifier. The cost of the humidifier was for labor only at $199; he gives a free humidifier with installation of a new furnace or AC unit. He did a thorough job, cleaned up a very dirty mess from our old furnace, and even went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the way it all looked aesthetically.

Love, love, love this company. Communication is terrific. Lorenzo showed up right on time both days and worked efficiently. No mess was left and the new humidifier looks great. They had to install a new outlet which I thought would be difficult but they made look easy. Would not hesitate to hire this company in the future.

The heater was installed to work with the existing humidifier that the same company installed several years ago. Everything works fine. The men cleaned up after themselves. Caution was given that the small space did not meet codes but the county inspecter agreed this could not be corrected and passed it since the nearest appliance was made more mobile to allow room to work. The rebate from the power utility came when promised. A new thermostat was also installed that works with both the furnace and the humidifier.
