Recent Review: Our basement had a washer/dryer in an area that we wanted to convert to a "kitchen" for my father in law. I removed the W/D, purchased a cabinet and sink to fit the space and called Andy to complete the work. The previous owner of the house had utilized the pump from the washer to remove the water to an overhead drain pipe which obviously wouldn't work with a sink. Andy rerouted the hot and cold water to accommodate the sink, completely rerouted the drain and installed an automatic pump to remove the water to the overhead drain. He was on time for the appointment, worked steadily while he was here and completed the work in a timely manner. He pointed out a couple of very small "cuts" to the backsplash that he made while cutting through the wall and offered to do whatever was necessary to correct the problem. It really wasn't an issue for us and I appreciated him pointing it out instead of waiting for us to discover it. After a couple of days we had some water around the pump, called Andy and he was back within a couple of hours. Turns out the factory setting for the float in the pump was off. He quickly took the pump apart, made the necessary adjustment and we were back in business. Good job, explained the work thoroughly, kept me informed as he was doing the work. Although not cheap, I believe the price was fair given the amount of time and work required for the project.
