Recent Review: I had already purchased all of the materials and supplies necessary. My primary goal was to find a professional plumbing company that would charge by the hour vs. by the project. William had done an outstanding plumbing job for me late last year, and I knew I would get good, quality expertise and service. I called to set up an appointment on a Sunday morning. The service that answered was courteous and professional. Shortly after hanging up, I received an email confirmation. The day before the scheduled appointment, I got a telephone confirmation. Then, the day of the appointment, William called me approximately one hour before his scheduled arrival time. William showed up exactly on time. We reviewed, in detail, the items to be addressed. William took time to look at all of the materials and supplies I had set out and suggested the order of installation. Only after discussing each item thoroughly did William turn on his iPad and iPhone and explain the billing process and how accurate it was down to the minute. Obviously this really impressed me ? the way Sunshine is using technology to integrate superior customer service. The project went without a hitch. William put down a large canvas cloth to help protect my newly installed ceramic tile floor. After all of the projects were complete to my satisfaction, William showed me the timer with the start/stop times and calculated the invoice amount down to the minute. He was able to email me an invoice immediately. My level of satisfaction and positive experience are the same now as my initial service call from Sunshine in December 2012. The system they have developed for customer contact is unparalleled in my dealings with licensed contractors. I can?t imagine using any other company for all of my plumbing needs.
