Recent Review: An excellent experience from start to finish! I left a message with Quick Appliance for them to give me a quote for a dryer repair. Their friendly office person responded within the hour and had me a booked appointment for me within the next 48 hours (one bigger company I contacted had promised me 10 days!). The technician, Nohea, was on time and extremely polite, warm and professional in our home. While we decided that the problems with the dryer were too big to warrant repair, he was able to diagnose the problems and give me alternatives, including timelines and costs. As I say, my wife and I immediately decided to replace the dryer - and even then Nohea suggested some recommendations of where to buy new. I would not hesitate to recommend Quick Appliance to others. Thank you!

Recent Review: Scheduling was easy, gave exact time (not a time window). Technician on time, polite, friendly. He had my replacement part on his truck so was fixed in one appointment. Price was less than I expected.

Employee was actually early. Listened carefully to my explanation of problem. Was conscious of shoe coverings...with or without. Began disassembly of dryer immediately. Did run into a couple of problems that had become severe with the dryer. Explained those problems and received authorization to correct. All parts were available and employee proceeded throughout the repair process without hesitation and was very professional at all times. Prior to completion, employee offered estimated cost and was okayed to complete repairs.

Not so well. Service man came out and ran the dryer and made a diagnosis without checking the machine further. Ordered parts that took a week to come in, we are now 2 weeks into repair. When the dryer was taken apart to install new drum rollers, it was discovered that the drum was cracked. Serviceman put tape over the crack and installed new rollers. The dryer made the same noise it was making proir to repair. New drum is ordered but the new rollers were left in place to ride over the crack until the new drum was shipped and installed. Also a screw was left on the floor after the servicman was done. When asked about the screw, he stated that I'd better hang onto it....A different serviceman was sent to install the drum and have had no issues since. Overall the biggest issue was loss of time (3 weeks) and confidence in first serviceman. In the end, I would probably give this company another opportunity.

I contacted Appliance Pros to help me diagnose and fix a problem with my dryer. When Richard first came out, instead of trying to diagnose the specific problem, he recommended replacing ALL the moving parts (tub support system, belt, drum bearing, and socket), since the parts were pretty inexpensive relative to the cost of having him take it apart and replace 1 piece. Seemed reasonable enough. When he returned to replace the parts he ordered, the heating element (coincidentally??) burned out as soon as he was done. So he ordered that part and returned to replace that. After that was done, the dryer made ALMOST just as much noise as it did when I called in the first place! (Quite loud, keeps my kids awake in our small house). So, after nearly $400 of dryer repair service and parts, I'm left with nearly no improvement whatsoever. Now he's dragging his feet on giving me any refund (he has offered to refund labor and service fees, leaving me to pay the cost + markup of the parts he sold me, but I have yet to receive that refund) Even then, I will be stuck having paid for parts I didn't really need in the first place, since now he's saying it's the motor/blower unit that's needing replacement.
