Business Description: At Maximum Leak Repair, we offer quality repairs from leaks caused by harsh extreme hot & cold year round weather conditions. Weather leaks create structural deterioration and damage, which lead to very expensive future repairs. When Roofs are past its prime due to extreme weather, water and or ice can enter interior and cause structural damage creating a domino effect. The first effect from roof leaks is wet insulation causing mold & mildew, which is a huge environmental concern for everyone. The main source of leaks can arise from all types of roofs, skylights, chimneys, gutters including doors & windows not properly sealed or missing flashing, MLR uses infrared technology to inspect & track the source of the leak from inside the location then follows it to the exterior structural where the defect is occurring. We remove any structural components to expose affected area & properly correcting problems by following city codes. Poorly insulated attics and walls can cause loss of heat and also can create ice damming at gutter lines. MLR provides blow-in attic insulation for energy efficiency and government tax credit. We provide weatherization services including seasonal gutter and downspout cleaning, installation of heat tape (cable) by gutter edge & downspouts to help prevent ice damming, weatherizing main exterior water supply, sealing of windows, main door gaskets and seals and also covering swamp coolers. MLR carries commercial grade insurance for any repair. All our clientele receives photo documentation from start to finish of repair job, which is greatly appreciated.
Recent Review: Company reflashed and reshingled around the swamp cooler on roof along with repaired around other leaks. Service was excellent. I graded a B on punctuality because the roofer was late. However, I would still use this roofing company in the future and felt they did an excellent job.
Recent Review: I had a roof leak during a heavy storm and called Masters Touch Roof for repair. Greg and Tyler called back and did the inspection about three hours after I called them. They were very knowledgeable and explained in details why the roof was leaking and how to fix it. They also pointed out many potential leaky spots on the roof. On the second day, Tyler did all the repair and explained again in details what he did for the repair.
Recent Review: I thought I might have a structural design issue. Steve came out very quickly (next day I think it was), did a thorough inspection and was confident he could craft a diversion solution that would work. And he did and it did. Brought 3 of his guys and was done in half a day. Totally professional, very friendly, I think he could see that I was very concerned, and he calmed me down. I'm a customer for life.
Recent Review: You won't find a nicer guy in this business than Mike. Not only will he work for a fair price, but he is great about communicating with the customer about the job and the cost. I highly recommend Colorado Elite Roofing and Solar!

After several other companies tried to fix our roof leak, they were able to find the problem and fix it.

Called the company and Greg answered right away. Explained the issue and urgency to repair, and Greg offered to immediately go evaluate the problem and privde an estimate. Upon review, he provide a very fair estimate, timeline in which the job could be completed along with guarantee for the work as well as overall inspection. He completed the job within 24 hours, price was very reasonable and the work top notch. Greg and Masters Touch Roof delivered high quality and value! Highly recommend and will do so to all my neighbors and friends!

He examined the roof ,found where the leak was and repaired it . He indicated that he had a partial tube of chalk. He used his own chalk to seal the leaks around the vent pipes. When it came time to pay him,he said he would charge me for the roof inspection only. He said the repair was a small job an he was more interest in createing good will so that when a bigger job came along we might remember his company. He will certainly be our first choice for job in the future.

I called Greg at 9:15 on a Saturday evening, while the rain was still pouring down, and fully expected to have to leave a message. To my surprise he answered the phone! After discussing the problem he told me he would call in the morning at 8:30 to schedule a time to come look at the job. At exactly 8:30 the phone rang and we schedule an appointment for 9:30- 10:00. At 10:00 Greg had not yet arrived but the phone promptly rang and he told me where he was at. Not a problem at all. I understand sometimes you can run behind due to traffic etc... For me it was the fact that he promptly called and didn't leave me waiting! He arrived shortly after. After looking at what was going on with the leak we discussed the price and I couldn't beat it anywhere. It was more than reasonable. I hadn't been able to get back on the roof since I installed it to finalize things out. I needed to repair the leak, finish screwing the tin down, seal the building, and insert foam pieces in the lower joints. On Monday they started the job of repairing the leak on the tin (right at a flashing point). We discussed that the job was not a huge job and that Gregg had some other large jobs lined up and that he might have to make a couple of trips to complete it when he could squeeze it in. I completely understood this and was fine with it. I know my job wasn't a money maker. Gregg's willingness to help me out for such a small cost was invaluable though. After 5 trips and rescheduling of appointments, because of the other large jobs, we met to finalize out the job and do a water test. Greg went out of his way, with no extra cost, to ensure that not only was the flashing leak repaired but that the roof lines were ploy'd and any screw holes that looked "iffy" were plugged as well. He also inserted the remained foam pieces from the original install that I hadn't been able to get to. The extra mile effort was well appreciated and not overlooked. After last nights pounding rain I checked the leak. Only a small drip remained compared to the massive leak before. (we are talking 5 gallon buckets before to maybe a small coffee cup total now) I don't fault Greg for the small remaining leak as we did multiple things to stop it completely. The construction of the barn/flashing overlap is prohibiting a complete seal. No amount of ploy can solve this from the outside. I am certain that after all the gas, time, and materials that Greg used he did not profit from my job. I believe that he truly wanted to help me out knowing that customer service is an important thing in the contractor business. Like any contractor they are not always able to keep up with calls or promptly get back to you. A little patience goes a long way though. You have to put yourself in their shoes and understand the volume of calls that they receive and the workload they have. They have to do work sometime and that makes it impossible to answer the phone. Greg is pretty good about always getting back to you though. Just have a little patience. I would gladly recommend Greg to anyone for any roofing job or repair. He truly wants to do a good job and help people. While he needs to make money to stay in business it isn't always about that with him. Most roofing contractors wouldn't have touched my job because of the size. You can expect a more than reasonable price. Highly recommend.

AStellar Roofing and Solar
I called Stellar Roofing and they sent an estimator and repair man the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Both were very courteous and the repair man identified where the leak was after a few minutes. He was prepared to repair the leak the same day. After the repair, we applied water to the area of the leak and verified no water was leaking into the attic. Since it hasn't rained since the repair, I have not been able to follow up. However, Mario, the repairman said he would guarantee his work for five years. I would call Stellar again for repairs or other roof work. I had called another roofing company (also on Angie's list) in May 2010. The repairman pulled up a few concrete tiles around a roof vent and proclaimed the leak was there. He couldn't get to the repair until mid September. Two workers came in September and completed a "repair" which turned out to be in the wrong place. The Stellar repair man, Mario, questioned the quality of the other repair as did I when Mario showed me some of the materials used for the repair. Moral of the story is to try to identify where the leak is by a controlled test of running water over areas of possible leakage. Then verify the repair fixed the leak.
