Recent Review: Corey Pace and his sons helped out with the removal of our old furnace and install of a new furnace, air conditioning unit and humidifier. Their work was productive, fast and of high quality, not leaving a mess before leaving. Rather than upselling our furnace or ac, he provided us with the right size for our house. The furnace heats the house quick and doesn't run constantly like our other one did. The ac is amazing throughout the summer as the house stays at a constant 64 degrees. For anyone looking for any services that Pace & Sons Mechanical provides, I highly recommend the company! Great quality work, products and reliability.

Recent Review: Joe, the owner came on time and showed and explained everything he did in detail. In the 16 years I have lived in this house no one has ever done such a thorough inspection. He pointed out things I had never been told I needed to do. He was very helpful and I won't hesitate to use his company again.

Recent Review: I had bids from several Companies all were from Angie's List.  I chose Ultimate because Kyle, their salesperson, was truthful and did not sell me up or give me a "sales pitch". I had also check this company out on BBB also which was excellent.  I had decided on a Carrier for several reasons but after Kyle listened to what my life style was like and how little I use an air conditioner and  he suggested a less expensive but still excellent air conditioner.  Kyle was very knowledgeable on all of the Carrier Products and about the rebates associated with those products.   I purchased Carrier's Best 97% efficient furnace,  because we have more winter in Colorado than summer and I added a humidifier.  With that Furnace I added a Touch Pad Controller.   After much discussion I decided on a standard Air Conditioner since I do not use an Air Conditioner but 4 to 6 weeks out of the year.   After using this Air Conditioner I am very satisfied, it works really well!   The installation crew arrived at 9:00 AM and I was happy to see Kyle on site to get the project started and to make sure the crew understood what my specific house needed.  They put down plastic to cover all of my carpet to keep the carpet clean.  I was impressed.  The crew did a great job they installed all new coolant line which was not easy since I have a drop ceiling in my basement.   They had a problem with a part that they discovered was damaged after it was installed.  They called Kyle and he arrived with a new part and they got it installed without problem.  As they were waiting for the new part they cleaned up inside and outside, they did not just stand around, they kept working making sure everything else they could do was done.  The installers were polite and professional.  Despite the delay these men all stayed made sure my units worked correctly and I had Air Conditioning!  Kyle programed the Touch Pad Controller so the Furnace, AC and Humidifier worked as I needed. The crew took up the plastic and then vacuumed my carpet.  They left my home spotless! Since it was late when they finished, 6:30 PM,  Kyle told me he would be back the next day to go over all the things I needed to know on how to set up my new Touch Pad Controller.  Kyle called me this morning as promised and he showed up after lunch to check over all the work done and went over all my questions and showed me how to set my personal program on my  Touch Pad Controller. I used Angie's List for all of my quotes they were all very good companies but I felt more comfortable with Kyle from Ultimate.    There are many great companies listed on Angie's List,  you just have to do your homework on what you want to consider to purchase and ask questions.  You must educate yourself on any product you want to purchase, especially one that is so expensive and then in the end go with the company you believe fits your needs best.  I always do my homework because I am picky and want to make sure I make a good choice. I would recommend Ultimate to family, friends, and you if you are looking to purchase a new furnace, air conditioner or a company that will treat you fairly on heating and air conditioning needs. P.S.  My cost was $10,050.00 but when I get my two rebates a total of 350.00 my total cost will be - $9,700.00

Recent Review: Our old furnace had a humidifier been incorrectly and was fairly old anyway before we bought the house and it slowly dripped all over our furnace, putting out the main chamber and all the electronics. Triton brought in a new furnace that fit our space perfectly and had it in working order in no time. These guys are the best.

Recent Review: We had an overall great experience.  The estimate was thorough, accurate and responsive to our needs.  The installation went smoothly, with minimal disruption.  The furnace size is correct for our home,  and it works beautifully.  Their estimate was a full $2,000 less than their competitor's estimate.  We'd definitely hire them again.

Reviews in Highlands Ranch for Installing Central Humidifier

FBill Smith Plumbing & Heating Inc
Technician was late for a 2 pm appointment arriving at 3:15. He said he did not have enough time to install humidifier and felt office had booked too short a time. Tech. had an attitude and did not want to install humidifier with sensor outside. Lots of excuses not to install sensor. Ultimately, the humidifier would not fit on our small cold air return (too big). So we ordered parts to repair current humidifier. Trip charge is $60 just to come out then paid $90 for 45 minutes of complaining. For anyone facing a humidifier replacement, consider the cost to get a new solynoid ($70) and maybe $100 to install. Would not use them again. Going with Mr. C plumbing or O'Connor because have had GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM. Coupon was a scam in my opinion.

FArtisan Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Poorly. Got one of those groupons from here (pre-paid service), picked some dates, no one ever contacted us. I spend a good 2 months trying to even find who these folks were (again, we ordered a service on-line, through angies list), I just had an email that no one responded to. Eventually complained to Angie's list, lo and behold, these folks find me and withing a couple days actually do what was asked. Well... Actually... Not quite, we prepaid for a specific model of humidifier (it was advertised as such and we paid a premium) as I didn't want a "generic" one. Turn out that they were "out" of that model, so I just got whatever one was in the van. I figured at this point I was out $400, or else Angie's list would tell me its their fault and they would tell me its Angie's list fault and I would have a great old time arguing with two "virtual" companies while still being out $400 so I just sighed and let them install whatever it was they were installing. On a plus side, the random humidifier they installed works fine! Perhaps I shouldn't be so stressed about the brand and type of humidifier I have? I've grown zen over this situation and look at it as a learning experience. Don't pay good money to a random internet company for a "chance" of service that may or may not happen at some point in the near or far future and may involve the installation of... something. This has likely saved me money in the long run, as I took this opportunity to cancel Angie's list... So I guess.. thanks for that?

They were able to schedule the initial and follow-up visits very timely.  Also installed a new furnace vent in the basement.  All went well.  Price seemed reasonable with a quote at the first visit.

I called Millionaire Mechanical and told them exactly what I needed---their employee Jerry, was prompt, efficient and friendly. The installation went smoothly, and yes, we would use them and highly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.

BTipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric
The install went well. In the middle of the night the cold water line attaching to the humidifier broke loose flooding the basement. When I called the emergency help # I was told that they are "not plumbers" but when I informed them that the leak was on their installation, someone was dispatched right away and all was resolved quickly.

F$49 Handyman
He had no idea how to wire or install the humidifier. I had to hire someone else to fix it. He was horrified how it was wired (very dangerous) and had the humidifier always on, running the water 24/7 which is expensive. If he didn't know how to install it he should have told me, not just jump in and try, especially when your dealing with electric and could burn down my house. I ask for only a 1/3 of my money back from him and got nothing!

ADMC Services
This service is provided by a "one-man-show." The first time I called him, he cut short our conversation, and at first I didn't know why.  Later I learned he was with another customer at the time. Odd start to a business relationship.  Don't be put off by this behavior if it should happen to you. Once we finally connected, he was easy to work with and did a great job.  I will use his services again and recommend him.
